Homebase - Milton Keynes Avis 

Ordering online was easy enough but when I came to collect I wasn’t acknowledged by any staff members and was kept waiting to collect my order at the click and collect desk. It wasn’t busy so no excuse

I bought a new garden dining set and Martyn the manager could not have been more helpful. From phoning me when the delivery came in, unpacking it all to check it, getting it all to my car and helping to get it in. What a shining role model as a manager. Clearly a very hard working, hands on manager. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

1st of all we went to buy some wallpaper and saw what we wanted but there wasn't enough rolls on the shelf so we went to the customer service desk to see if we could order the quantity and the same batch what we wanted and Shirley said yes I can order it for you which she did, after we spoke to a decorator we were advised to get an extra roll which the total order had to be cancled which caused a minor problem for the staff that were concerned but we were over the moon with the service we received from Shirley and the other staff that were involved

Bit disappointed I didn't receive final email confirmation letting me know item was "ready to collect" yet it said ready for collection this morning at 10am so quite contradictory. I had to end up calling customer services after 3pm only to be told the item was ready for collection this morning
Also didn't receive 10% discount
Manager at store was lovely and carried the paint out to my car (I'm a pensioner)

Hi i bought a tower fan model No tf1208rwhich is great and excellent value , in a recent house move the remote was lost any chance of replacement dave.

Quick and easy! Only thing that could improve is having more than one person on the click and collect desk rather than having to wait for two or three other people with a queue behind us too!

The cashier was lovely, order sorted well and there were no rips in the bags of compost. Thank you.

Good offers on the garden furniture found exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price and was served by Donnelle on the service desk she was very friendly and polite

Product was a good price, however delivery was very poor. No scheduling or warning - was assigned a date within 24 hours notice; asked them to move it (because I work) and then the item wasnt delivered on the re-arranged date, no communication or discussion. Took 9 days to deliver. Again, at random, no warning or notice or consideration to my availability to be in to sign for it.

Easy ordered online. A great price and it was a fuss free collection. Polite staff, easy parking.

Not very impressed, purchased items told next day ready for collection, only to find out incorrect fleece picked then told my choice was out of stock even though system says 3 in stock.

Was try8ng to find some items, the staff were very helpful especially Shirley. She catered for my lack of knowledge of items I couldn't find. Her service was definitely appreciated.

I went to collect the parasol from customer service in MK as we don't have a Homebase in our town. The box was opened already. The lady at the counter didn't seemed to bothered to help just said go and have a look at another one. Very reluctant to help. We found parasols on the sales floor undamaged then exchanged for another one.

I came in to the store a couple of days ago and was helped by the lovely lady on the customer service desk, I believe her name was Shirley. She was very helpful in helping me find an item I was looking for and very friendly. I will definitely come back to this store for my next DIY project.

Found the bits I needed for the house, Shirley was very helpful. Very nice store.

Barbara (Homebase, Milton Keynes) was excellent, she was in the outdoor area watering plants and I asked for some advice. She was really lovely and encouraging. I mentioned her to Tania on the till and am keen to acknowledge good customer service at all times, especially first thing on a Monday morning.
