Outdoor rugs not what I expected from homebase
Updated offered 50% refund thank you but i wouldnt buy again unfortunately...Bought 2 outdoor rugs from them at the weekend and I have to say I am disappointed not the best quality and not even the same size,edges are not straight... very poor ..... I expected really good quality from homebase and no I wouldn't recommend

I went today to purchase some specific items, I also purchased a Children's sandpit that is a complete kit so a great find. Lovely store,nice and clean, like the way the store is set out.Great customer service and friendly staff.
Nice range of goods, some really nice new stock.
100% recommend the Newton abbot

Outdoor dinning table set
I bought the Rowley 6 seater outdoor dining set for what I call a very reasonable price (thank you Homebase always good value goods). I have a hatch back car and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to transport it home. However thanks to the friendly help of an assistant called Darren who reassured me and help me get it into the car we did it. Fantastic service and Darren is a good ambassador for Homebase.

Alex is the best!
I asked for help from a lad called Alex so I could find the right materials for the job I’m starting. Alex stuck with me the whole way through and is a credit to your company, he was knowledgeable and patient with me which is exactly what you want when you have a big list of things to buy. Give this man a raise.
