I was served by a lovely young lady today at 10.31am I give you the time as the customer in front of me didn’t actually pay for his goods. His contactless transaction did not go through.
The cashier herself was really worried about being dismissed for this.
I truly hope this is not the case.

Excellent Customer Service
On 8th May 2024 I purchased a Keter shed from the Hall Road Norwich branch of Homebase. The service I received was excellent from my queries being answered about shed (I believe the gentleman's name is L Jermy as stated on the order,) the sorting of my order and delivery to the efficient service from Emma at the till.
My order was due for delivery on 13th May. I was contacted by Homebase on Sundat 12th May to say my order was with the delivery partner, who then contacted me and kept me up to date with tracking the vehicle bringing my shed, right up to the time of delivery which was exact almost to the minute. I have had a couple of disappointments recently with certain tradesmen, so this brilliant customer service from both parties has restored my faith in human nature. Great work Homebase, I shall be happy to shop with you again,in fact I have been back today! (14th) to especially thank you and purchase something. Thank you.
