Homebase - Norwich Sprowston Avis 

Click and collect order confirmed but I waited and waited but no “ order ready” communication. I eventually went to to store, thankfully my order was ready.
So, system failed this time

It was very easy to order online, pay & collect.

Very friendly member of staff. Prompt service.

Sold out at my local branches (floor fan, reduced in sale) so ordered from Norwich. Unable to collect myself but telephoned to enquire if another member of the family could do so on my behalf.
Advised that would be OK with order number and I.D.
Liked the fan so much just had to have another.

We booked a kitchen with Ruth and couldn't be more pleased. The order was completed with patience and good humour which made navigating the multitude of options a much easier process. The recommended fitter was amazing and the product itself was of good quality and good value.

Ordering for click and collect was stress free also collecting my item.. The bbq is brilliant value for money went together easily and is lovely to look and and also use.

After a bad start in which our cupboard was delivered to 'home' but with a Homebase address, we were refunded the delivery charge plus a small extra, for having to collect anyway.

Found the stuff I wanted without too much difficulty . Prices are a bit higher than other stores selling the same item .

We were looking at a Weber BBQ when Kevin (one of the sales team) came over to ask us if we wanted any help. He started to tell us all the major points of all BBQ's displayed. He never made us feel uncomfortable and was really pleasant. we decided to go for a Weber which was the disiplay model, and as there was no more in stock we purchased the item with a slight deduction of the already sale price. We were very pleased with the outcome / good experience,

Ian was our champion the other day...trying to get some paint for granddaughters bedroom... so many yellows...lol. with his help we got it right and it wasn't the most expensive either..thank you....think it was 9th July .

So easy to order exactly what I wanted, then to be efficiently greeted by friendly staff and given my parcels as click and collect at my local store.. couldn’t have been a nicer experience.

This is the first time I have used this service. Very efficient. Goods were stacked ready for me on a trolley. Assistant took it to my truck and loaded it for me.

Ordered online,items ready for collection the following day.
