I often shop at my local homebase for…
I often shop at my local homebase for home and garden items, the staff are very helpful too. I like click and collect, so easy to shop at home and pop in to pick my items up. My last order had damaged items, I had a call to say about one thing and I looked when I picked it up so I could decide whether to have it or not as it was the last one. It was £4 they let me have it for 50p bargain! It was fine for what I wanted. Unfortunately I didn't notice a frame I picked up was also scratched but doesn't notice too much. I should have checked it as I know I could have changed it. All in all I love homebase.

I needed a walk in shower and went to Portishead Homebase where Shanun was exceptional in talking through my requirements and finding the best solution for me. The shower was delivered in 2 working days, another big plus.

Called in to pick-up a Click & Collect21
Called in to pick-up a Click & Collect. Very surprised at the large range of items in-store, unlike a competitor where more and more items seem to be 'on-line orders only'. Bought several more items that I couldn't find locally. Prices - on two items, I saved more than the extra milage cost me.

We are late with this review, it is true but we need to say a massive thank you to Shanun for her kindness, patience and support. She was so helpful with the final decision, provided very very good customer service. We are still waiting for our property keys, so currently I am not able to provide a complete review but for sure we will satisfy.

Excellent Service
Goods were very easy to order and text confirming that they were ready for pick-up came earlier than expected. Collection was easy and staff member at collection point was polite, efficient and friendly.
