I ordered 6 bags from Homefire but the…
I ordered 6 bags from Homefire but the first two contained very small and unusable lumps of charcoal around the size of a 20 pence piece! I contacted customer service who, so far, have been very helpful promising to credit my account with free bags. So will wait until I used all six bags to check the quality before contacting customer service again.
IF as promised customer services come good with their refund/ credit then I will adjust my rating accordingly.

The Homefire website is clear that they will deliver the large handy bags anywhere.I had asked that they deliver them to adjacent to the log store at the back of my house as they had done before with previous deliveries. The driver would not do it and they were left in my garage. I now have to cart half a tonne of logs to the back of my house and don’t have the use of my garage until I have done it.At 80 years of age I will have to get help with it
