shopped around for a Rasson pool table and these guys where defiantly the most helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a great price with tip-top service. Bought and ordered all over the phone, they delivered before the estimated due date and spent several hours setting everything up, making sure all was ok and removed all the packaging too. 100% good service.

From the initial enquiry phone call to the installation and handover of our 7ft American pool table, Home Leisure Direct were professional, knowledgeable and delivered flawless customer service. The table is class and is now a centre-piece in our 'Bunker' . Would definitely highly recommend!!! 5 STARS

Charlie from 'Home Leisure Direct' had been great from start to finish. We went to the showroom to have a look at a few of the tables and Charlie was ever so helpful and made it a breeze purchasing the pool dining table. He answered all our questions, and we went away having purchased a 'Signature Chester Pool table'. We were made up with the table but also Charlie's top service.
Overall, the experience with Home Leisure Direct and Charlie was exceptional. Everything went to plan and the chaps who came to fit the table in our dining room explained every step of what they were doing.
The entire process was painless and there was one less thing to worry about seeing that we were moving home!

Ordered the Signature 7ft Pool Table back in June with a quoted delivery time frame of 5-20 days. Took delivery of the table today and cannot fault the installation team, but the communication from the head office and lack of updates was extremely poor. All they kept saying was still with manufacturers. Even after sending screenshots of the website stating in stock and delivery still saying 5-20 days, there was no rush to try and resolve. Do not believe anything they state on there website about delivery because they are a pack of lies and i wouldn't recommend using Home Leisure Direct unless you are happy to wait for months for delivery and never be kept up to date and having to always do the chasing with nobody actively contacting you to offer updates.

I visited the Bristol showroom and spoke to Callum. His advice was much appreciated and he was quick to answer follow up questions. The purchase was user friendly and I was fully informed of timescales etc. Installation was very professional and helpful answering questions and offering advice. The quality of the table is (Chester) is impressive and I am very happy with the pool playing experience. My wife is very please with the dinning table conversion. Top Marks!!

Sam was extremely helpful when placing my order, providing me with different options and what would work best for me. Great service from the guys when it came to installation as well, overall a job very well done.

Delivery was delayed by a week due to staff being poorly but when it did arrive everything was perfect. Sam & Nathan delivered & installed my new table very efficiently. They set everything up & demonstrated how to level it & look after it. Really nice guys. Thank you, 10/10.

Our Warwick Pool table has recently arrived and we are so happy with it, has given our bar a real ‘wow’ factor. We visited the Home Leisure showroom at the beginning of the process to try and get some ideas, which was really enjoyable in itself. Jake and the team have been very helpful throughout , offering their knowledge and expertise to help us decide which product would suit our needs best. Table is great, plays like a top class table in any given pool hall or pub. Put the table top on and now it’s a classy looking dining table. Very impressed.

From the beginning of planing and buying the pool table, I had a great responsive and helpful service.
Ai in regards with the delivery, was even earlier than predicted, by a couple of young but experienced people.
As for the pool table Huntsman Oak and Walnut table, I was over the moon, quality of the table ,the playing and cloth is excellent.I knew the price was a bit higher for me than I was planning initially, but O don't regret choosing this table,is way over my expectations, and being honest, in reality looks far much better than in the pictures.

Everything about this purchase was perfect. From visiting the showroom in Bristol to confirm our selection - to the wonderful delivery guys that took such care and were so helpful offering great advice.
The table, (Chester, in walnut with sage cloth) is an absolute delight to play on, and makes an equally beautiful dining table.
So glad we took the plunge and treated ourselves.
