Great service, delivered on time and excellent quality table!

I ordered a Signature Huntsman (oak and walnut) 7ft pool table with a superfine grey cloth. Delivered within 3 weeks as estimated. The delivery guys were brilliant as well - arrived when they said, quick and efficient setup and lots of helpful advice.

Table plays brilliantly. Cloth is superb. Cushions respond perfectly. And the table looks lovely when not being used.

The overall experience makes the investment worthwhile and am sure we will enjoy for years!

From my first visit to the showroom to delivery day, I can honestly say my experience with this company has been outstanding.Jake has kept me informed throughout the process and is a credit to Home Leisure Direct. My Pinball machine was delivered today by Chris and James and installed so fast, I was playing it within minutes. Brilliant service and I am in awe of my awesome Pinball machine. These guys are outstanding.

Callum at Home leisure direct was so helpful and found me two pinball machines in beautiful condition that I had almost given up trying to find. The process from start to finish was made so easy and I highly recommend using them.

Ordered and delivered in exactly 4 weeks, table is very well made and plays superbly, table fitters were spot on, everything went really smoothly with no problems

Ordered a signature pool table plus various accessories and upgraded cloth. From placing the order the communication wasn’t great and generally takes a week for a reply to an email which then doesn’t resolve the issue just blames their stock levels, their computer system or other suppliers. Still awaiting cues from an order placed early June when they took full payment. The delivery went well and was very good. (Hopefully the other bits will all be resolved soon) 🤞

We dealt with Ben when ordering our kit. Honestly couldn’t meet a nicer guy and of the million questions we asked him, he answered 99% of them on the spot. Any he couldn’t answer were followed up by him within 24h. Honestly, couldn’t be better.

Ben, Josh and the entire team have been an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. A very long 6 months + in the making, they’ve stuck with us throughout, always there to offer a pointer, insight or useful trade contact to help us bring a brand new venue to life. I contacted Home Leisure Direct after speaking to a friend who recommended them.
Placed order through sales after speaking to Dan who guided me through the buying/selecting the right pool table for my circumstances.
I was kept up to date with progress and confirmed deliver date.
Table arrived on time delivered by two great guys who installed the table and talked me through some hints and tips on looking after it.The table is a Tournament Pro 7” and it looks great just what I had in mind.
I am delighted with the service I have received and wouldn’t hesitate to use Home Leisure Direct again and indeed recommend them to others.

Just had my pool table delivered and set up all installed on time delivery guys done great job talked me through every thing for care of table just had my first game couldn’t be happier thanks guys

Our experience started with a phone call with a friendly and knowledgeable advisor. We were invited to the showroom to see and try the pool tables. Excellent one to one service during our visit and we left with a much better idea of what we wanted.
We ordered online and had delivery within 2 weeks.
During that period, Callum kept in contact and answered all of our questions. The installation team were very professional.
The table is fantastic. Can’t fault it.
The only niggle is that we had to settle for a cloth that was in stock to get a quick delivery. The colour we actually wanted had a lead time of 8-10 weeks which is not what it says on the website.
