I’m really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I purchased a shower screen in advance while my bathroom renovation was still in progress. Once the work was nearly complete, I realised I needed a smaller size and contacted them to arrange an exchange.

Unfortunately, because it was over their 14-day return period, they refused to accept the return or offer any flexibility, even though the item was unused. For something like bathroom fittings—where many people buy items ahead of installation during a renovation—this policy feels very unreasonable.
It would have been helpful if they showed some understanding of the situation or offered an exchange option. Instead, I was left stuck with a product I can’t use. If you’re buying from this company, make sure you only order exactly what you need right at the very end of your project, otherwise you may find yourself in the same situation.

Shipment arrived in 2 sections, comms was good from all parties, great value

Excellent service, to ensure stock was available, used the chat online, linked to Mollie, who checked out the tap I was after and confirmed it was in stock. Nice pleasant chat, took very little time.
Within 10 minutes I'd placed the order online, paid and printed what I needed. Email almost by return to say when the goods are despatched they'll let me know. Email came next day and the day after that the tap arrived, All great, exactly as ordered and great service.
What more can you ask fo.
