Home Supply came to our rescue after a competitor failed to deliver a relatively expensive Shower Enclosure in a timely manner. We had placed the original order on 19th February and as of 10th March still nothing. We were able to place a new order with Home Supply for the Merlyn 8-Series Frameless In-Fold Pivot Shower Enclosure - 2 Door - 1900mm High 800X800mm mid afternoon 11th March and this was delivered on the morning 13th March in time for our bathroom fitters to install prior to the arrival of guests expected that weekend. Excellent response and service. Will definitely be using them again when we complete our next bathroom later in the year.

It all was delivered the following day the person on the end of the phone was extremely polite and obliging doing what they could to ensure I had the items the following day- I’m yet to install so I can’t review the products yet .

We are still waiting on delivery. Your terms of sale said 2 to 5 days. It is now 7. Yesterday you said we would hear from your delivery company before ther delivered today - we havent.

Your response to the above review says 3 to 5 business days but take a look at your website which on the order page clearly says days not business days.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I purchased a shower screen in advance while my bathroom renovation was still in progress. Once the work was nearly complete, I realised I needed a smaller size and contacted them to arrange an exchange.

Unfortunately, because it was over their 14-day return period, they refused to accept the return or offer any flexibility, even though the item was unused. For something like bathroom fittings—where many people buy items ahead of installation during a renovation—this policy feels very unreasonable.
It would have been helpful if they showed some understanding of the situation or offered an exchange option. Instead, I was left stuck with a product I can’t use. If you’re buying from this company, make sure you only order exactly what you need right at the very end of your project, otherwise you may find yourself in the same situation.
