Home Vets are fantastic. They looked after our cat Nelly in her final years and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Nothing was too much trouble, Nuria who looks after admin is fantastic and the vets Dr Jose and Dr Cesar are kind and caring. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience with people who truly care about animals. Dr. Jose was beyond kind and knowledgeable and Nuria was organized and knowledgeable in scheduling and billing matters. I am grateful and also very impressed with how they’ve treated my cats.

The doctor prescribed a treatment and couldn’t find the prescription, so I send them a message asking for a copy. They prescribed double dosage and next day my cat had a failure and died.

Dr Isidro was a star when he visited my big, 9 year old cat, Franz.
He was super nice with Franz and presented an effective solution for Franz respiratory issues and the treatment was quick and not stressful at all. Dr Isidro also gave me some tips on weight loss for Franz and other relevant information in case Franz would need extra care for his current issue. I highly recommend him!

Home Vets London came to the rescue when I needed a last minute Animal Health Certificate to relocate from UK to EU because my regular vet informed me that they weren't going to be able to do it.
Nuria was the first person I got in contact with and she was extremely kind, friendly, and always answered my questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process.
Dr. Jose was the one to physically come to our house and not only was he also extremely kind, but my dogs absolutely loved him (and they usually are petrified of vets). He got on the floor to play with my dogs and gain their trust before doing any work.
Dr. Cesar became like a friend throughout the entire process. I had a different case because my rabies and all my documentation came from the USA originally; however, there was an issue with the paperwork from the original USA vet. Dr. Cesar worked with me even during the weekend to help get this issue resolved with my original vet in order for my dogs to be able to travel. I was such a nervous wreck but Dr. Cesar did everything in his power and thanks to him and his team we are all now in the EU in our new home.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this team. They were amazing from the very first email all the way to the follow up from them to make sure we got to our new home safely.
I only wish I had met them when we first arrived in London as I would have loved for them to have been our vet from the very beginning.

Home Vets was very helpful setting out what my cat needed for travel into the EU and Vietnam. Dr Cesar was very responsive and accomodating as I had an urgent request. Dr Ciaran who carried out the visit was very good with my cat. The vaccination was administered without drama and went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with home vets. I called them for a routine consultation for my dog, and she was normally a very aggressive dog. Dr Jose was so kind and had such an energy that made my dog feel comfortable and super friendly with him. Some weeks later, unfortunately she started to develop symptoms that lead dr to thank it was lymphoma. He was very honest and at the same time kind to us moderating our expectations. It confirmed to be a lymphoma that advanced very quickly so we couldn’t save her, but this clinic assured she had the best treatment possible until her last days. They were also super patient with the horrible insurance company we have that asked the history to be sent several times.

Wow!! Beyond RUDE reception! They did not confirm an appointment with me I was trying to make after not answer any of my basic questions about the appointment by email - then had the audacity to be SO RUDE. Disgusting.
