New customer experience
I hadn't used Horse & Hen previously but they offered my horse feed at a competitive price and even with delivery costs it was still cheaper than purchasing directly from the manufacturer. I ordered on the Friday and my order arrived today, the following Tuesday. This was quicker than I'd anticipated. Very happy with the service I've received and will be buying from again in future. 20K bags of fertiliser to Guernsey CI
I live in Guernsey and ordered several bags of fertiliser. They were very good at responding to questions and keeping me updated as despatch approached. It arrived double wrapped and most bags were in good shape. a couple had some moisture contamination but overall I would recommend this company and will definitely order from them again!

I had an initial problem with my order. As soon as I raised this the company I had an instant response. They looked into the problem straight away. It transpired there was an error with my postcode. No one's fault just a technical hitch. My parcel was delivered the next day. Will use them again. Product is competitively priced. Thanks again for you quick response.

My order has not been received despite…
My order has not been received despite chasing it on numerous occasions. Broken promises. The Company blame carriers but this doesn't change the fact that they have taken my money for a product I havnt received. I'm frustrated and extremely disappointed.

I’d like to clarify that your parcel was dispatched from our warehouse on 29th September, and we provided tracking details to show it was in DHL’s hands. Unfortunately, there were unexpected delays on DHL’s end, which were outside of our direct control. We escalated the issue with our DHL account manager, who personally located your parcel at their depot and delivered it himself to your address to ensure you received it as quickly as possible.
I also want to mention that, as a small family business, we ask all customers to treat our team with courtesy. Our staff are here to help and do their very best, even in difficult situations. We had to remind you of this during our communications, as we were experienced a abusive call where the team had been trying to help locate the parcel.
We have refunded your shipping costs in full as a gesture of goodwill, and I hope the steps we took show our commitment to resolving your issue.

Slow dispatch
Nothing at all wrong with the product (grass nuts) which arrived safely. However, I was disappointed with the delivery time which was very slow. If this had been the fault of the couriers then I wouldn't have commented, but the company took three days to dispatch the product which I think is pretty poor.
