It’s such a pleasure to deal with a company that is so efficient and so trustworthy. My husband and I are in our late 70s and we are always reading about how people in our age bracket can easily get scammed so we are always a bit worried when we buy something online. However, today when we placed an order with Hot Toner, we were surprised to be looked after so well. Gareth contacted us straight away to inform us that the product we were after is no longer getting made. He suggested an alternative which we decided to go with and then he promptly organised for a refund of the balance to go back into our account via PayPal. We were so impressed. It is really heartening to know there are companies out there with such a high standard. Thank you Hot Toner.

You learn about a company in the way they deal with complaints - and they did it quick and efficiently. I had 2 cartridges not recognized by my printer. I received the 2 replacements 1 day after I called them.

There were absolutely no difficulties replacing a faulty ink cartridge. No argument, just a couple of photos and a copy of the receipt had to be sent.
Pleasant co-operative and very efficient service.
