Hot Toner were prompt. The printer arrived within a week. It was an Epson XP2200 and the box said it contained a hard copy manual. There was none. I needed support from Epson to assist with set up. This was emailed and came in the form of a video. I suppose if the manual had been there all that, e.g. phone calls, endless button pushing, could have been avoided.

Order was correct, in good condition and delivered quickly. Excellant service in all.

Great prices and good communication is what Hot Toner is all about. They are very reliable in making sure the Products arrive quickly and in a safe and timely manner.

I have been using HotToner for some time now. Always fast service and much cheaper than getting genuine toner cartridges. This time around I had an issue with the printer not printing properly. Turns out the Cyan cartridge was just not working. I emailed HT. after a bit of fault finding assistance from them they sent out a replacement cartridge. Good service is not "making no mistakes" it is fixing them when they happen. Really happy with the help hot toner provided and got me out of a problem. Thanks for your help.
