I continue to have problems with…clients receiving emails.
I continue to have problems with clients not receiving my emails and am thus considering different platforms. My work is sensitive and it is important clients are consistently receiving my messages. Those who are receiving them report they are in spam/junk mail.

Great customer service personnel
Great customer service personnel. Thye help you till your problem is resolved, and most important you get to communicate with one person who already understand your issue and you do not have to re-explain every time you talk to the customer service personnel. The secure email is great as well, I previously tried other secure mail and they kept losing my mail or my mail was not delivered, but not with Hushmail. I am very satisfied.

Great service/product meeting your HIPAA needs..
They have streamlined and outlines various instructions. They have customer service personnel that is courteous, knowledgeable, and clear to understand. Things are not hidden (like how to reach someone in person rather than an email only).

The good news is that you can create folders :) To do so, sign in to your account and find the "Manage folders" button at the bottom of the mailbox list (on the left-hand side). Once there, you can create new, rename, and move folders as you see fit. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions!
Its all good now.
I'm still having trouble sending emails through hushmail from my other site. Do I need to copy it into thee hushmail account? Yes, they replied and were helpful.

It seems I need another email account…
It seems I need another email account to tell me I have email in my hushmail? Is there any way to get to my hushmail via a shortcut and be notified that I have hushmail withouth another email notification?
Also others are having trouble opening attachments on their end.
