I like the program but I don't like the e-signature can not be text messaged and the client sign it without having to email the forms.

Excellent, easy to use platform. My staff loves it. The secure contact form for my website also prevents patients from sharing medical information in an unsecured fashion.

I signed up for the Healthcare Plan since I'm a mental health provider but when we went to reinstate the email with a new password, it was the wrong plan. I requested a new plan or next steps.

Hushmail is simple, straightforward and reliable so far.

I haven't used the product enough but so far so good!

Love the massage therapy templates and ease of personalizing them to my practice.

I will say it is inexpensive for being able to get encrypted secure email.

However, it does not work well with IOS mail app. A few times a year I simply can’t receive email.

Customer service is abysmal when it comes to tech help. They are not really helpful. I suspect it is likely because the platform is not updated that often and there really is not answer to the tech problems until Hushmail can update their system.

Also there does not appear to be any MS Outlook integration so whenever I get sent a calendar invite for a meeting I have to manually put it into my own calendar.

Overall inexpensive, you get what you pay for , I guess.

I’ve been using this email service for some time now. Overall, it works reliably: emails arrive quickly, the interface is fairly user-friendly, and there’s a mobile app along with basic features like filters and labels. It’s suitable for everyday communication without any major issues.

On the downside, there are occasional synchronization delays, and the email search doesn’t always work accurately, especially when trying to find older messages. I also wish there were more flexible notification settings and better spam protection - sometimes unwanted emails still end up in the inbox.

Will continue to use Hushmail in future business ventures.

The only. problem was the inability to set a new passcode in case I forgot it.

I have found Hush Mail to be everything I needed in a secure, HIPAA compliant email for my practice. I have felt supported and guided in the set up and using of the platform. Highly recommend!

I find it very difficult to search for emails in folders. It’s tedious to have to search folder by folder instead of having a broad email search function that spans all folders. This has been a massive pain, I can no longer organize emails in folders because of the hassle it creates to find them again.

The fact that emails can’t be combined into threads (like every other major email platform) is a huge inconvenience. I frequently miss replies in threads with multiple recipients. Overall, the email service is bare bones and lacks so many features. The price, in no way, reflects the quality of the service.

I was disappointed with the flakey customer service I received when first setting up my clinical hushmail and things have not improved. I regret paying the annual fee rather than monthly. And to top it off, shortly after I paid the full annual fee, a Black Friday deal was announced for new customers. Savings I didn’t get to take advantage of.

It would be great if the app on my phone integrated with the website version of hushmail so I don't have to read emails more than once to get them to be marked as read.

I have enjoyed the assistance with creation of forms and ability to apply my domain name.

Easy to get started. Responsive support from staff - at no cost to me. But it was hard for me to figure out how to create new forms. I had to pay $25 to one of your staff for a form. He did just fine but I want to be independent, I wanted to copy my PDF from my hard drive onto the form builder or template. It took me a long time to get it right with just one form. Wish it were more intuitive or easy.

I still have a lot to learn about it, but so far I like the comfort of knowing I can have encryption.
