I have been using HushMail for nearly 2 years; highly satisfied with the service.

Hushmail has been a consistent email provider for my practice for many years. I can always trust them to keep my email safe, and I work with physicians so data security is of upmost importance when sending confidential reports. As a psychologist with a tiny practice, they have supported me as the little guy since having a huge IT team is not in the budget. Mental health professionals are not paid that much in Texas, so I appreciate all hushmail has done to provide me with an excellent product to protect my data and my communications with others.

Slow and glitchy. Drafts I thought I saved and selected to save not saving. Multiple issues and occasions.

Ease of use ... Straight forward ...

Process has been relatively smooth and I am happy with the hushmail experience. One piece of feedback is that the mobile version could be improved upon. I am unable to mark emails as unread so that I can remind myself to return to them when I read them in the mobile app. This is an important feature for me and I'd like to be able to use it even when away from my work desk/computer.

Initially, I had two customer service people helping me with onboarding which was very confusing and I got passed back and forth, so emailing became a chore. Finally, Christopher was identified as my customer service person and he was very kind, patient and helpful in getting me onboarded. I did have some problems in getting the widget uploaded to my website and went back and forth a couple of days contacting customer service and the tech team, emailing both Christopher and his assistant. It wasn't until I got frustrated that Paul with the tech team actually engaged in helping me with the problem with the widget, as he was also focused on my other problem of having a hard time remembering how to successfully send an email from my website. Once Paul focused on the widget things improved and he was very helpful and kind as well. In the end it all worked out, but I would suggest sending a new client like myself, a written directive on how to access emails as the onboarding was a bit overwhelming.

I like the program but I don't like the e-signature can not be text messaged and the client sign it without having to email the forms.

Excellent, easy to use platform. My staff loves it. The secure contact form for my website also prevents patients from sharing medical information in an unsecured fashion.

I signed up for the Healthcare Plan since I'm a mental health provider but when we went to reinstate the email with a new password, it was the wrong plan. I requested a new plan or next steps.

Hushmail is simple, straightforward and reliable so far.

I haven't used the product enough but so far so good!

Love the massage therapy templates and ease of personalizing them to my practice.

I will say it is inexpensive for being able to get encrypted secure email.

However, it does not work well with IOS mail app. A few times a year I simply can’t receive email.

Customer service is abysmal when it comes to tech help. They are not really helpful. I suspect it is likely because the platform is not updated that often and there really is not answer to the tech problems until Hushmail can update their system.

Also there does not appear to be any MS Outlook integration so whenever I get sent a calendar invite for a meeting I have to manually put it into my own calendar.

Overall inexpensive, you get what you pay for , I guess.

I’ve been using this email service for some time now. Overall, it works reliably: emails arrive quickly, the interface is fairly user-friendly, and there’s a mobile app along with basic features like filters and labels. It’s suitable for everyday communication without any major issues.

On the downside, there are occasional synchronization delays, and the email search doesn’t always work accurately, especially when trying to find older messages. I also wish there were more flexible notification settings and better spam protection - sometimes unwanted emails still end up in the inbox.

Will continue to use Hushmail in future business ventures.
