The administrator user interface is old…
The administrator user interface is old and antiquated. Needs upgrading. Just to get to the administrator portal is not obvious. I have to log into the email portal, then go to the hamburger, select preferences, then domain to the to the portal for managing users etc.

Easy to use & does what I need.
It's been easy, I love that I got to choose my own email name, and I just hit a button to encrypt the email.

Uploading documents on phone is very difficult and most of our work are done on phone.
Can’t take pictures with the email attachment and send instantly.
While we are able to do this with Gmail

Thanks for your feedback. The new iPhone app update will fix the "Share" button, so you can use it to send to Hushmail from other apps like Files or Photos. After the update, take a picture with the camera and use the "Share" button to start a new message in Hushmail.

Easy, secure email
I love knowing that I can send my clients confidential emails without having to set up or disable extra permissions or apps. I decided to use Hushmail because I knew they had me covered and I didn't have to be anxious about missing anything that would get me in trouble.

I love the new email. It is so nice to have the encryption which prevents receiving junk mail and allows me to focus on the work at hand. Also, when I've needed help, Hushmail reps were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I'm very pleased.
