The response from the contacted plumber was quick and the issue, garbage disposal not working, was resolved on the first visit. For some strange reason HWA scheduled a second visit the next day and then a third visit the third day and told me it was my responsibility to cancel the 2nd and 3rd visits, which seemed very strange. I give a 5 star rating to the plumber, but only 4 to HWA.

I did not get the clear contract of the services covered like I usually do with the other warranty companies I had before. There is a different name for the policy online and the one I bought. I do not know who to call in case I need service. I feel that the write up I got is very confusing and I am not very comfortable with this company. How much time if I decide to cancel the contract. I just feel that there is a bunch of words I do not understand and not enough clear information.

Fast call return when call for service.

It seems that the process that if my appliance could not be fixed it would be replaced. We did not abuse the use of the dishwasher. It was only 4 years old. It was a defective dishwasher. The idea behind a home warranty is the protect against defective appliances! I will not recommend you.

Filed the AC not cooling claim. The next day a technician made a service call and added freon to the AC unit.

The customer portal makes things super easy. from filing claims to tracking them and more. You’re able to see exactly what your plan covers on there. Read the fine print so you don’t get disappointed. Stuff that is covered has been a breeze to get it taken care of. Definitely considering renewing my coverage.

They were quick to get our concerns addressed and offered timely solutions on what our concerns were and addressed every one of them. Great company.

After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes I was told you don’t cover sinks.
The service call was last Friday & since I had heard nothing in a week, I went online to check the status. My claim was closed without any updates!
Why wasn’t I contacted to let me know? I’m very dissatisfied with my first HWA claim at this point & doubt I will renew after this!

Shouldn't take 4 days to have a AC tec. to come to my house when there's 3 AC company's within 2 miles of my house. Especially when the temperature in the house was over 90 degrees, Response time needs to be quicker to keep me as a customer.

I called to indicate one of the issues with my fridge continued. I was initially told the a lighting issue wasn’t covered by my plan. I pointed out that when entering a claim for a refrigerator lighting was an actual selection when filling out the form. Also, it was accepted as being covered when I submitted the claim initially. Once I pushed back it suddenly became covered. Also none of the dates I was given for the repairman to come out worked for me so I was told I’d have to call the repairman. That’s what I pay YOU to do.

Fast service…..it was 2 days from the time I placed my claim till my AC was fixed and running
