Site was unnavigable. Asked for refund. Asked for refund. Asked again. Still no refund. It was within the 14 days. I want my money back.

Quick and friendly service. Can't wait to see what this course will give me

The course so far (I-to-i basics) is fantastic! I love the content and the way the content is presented. The challenge I am having is related to the assignments, you have to wait a week to get it marked, then if it’s returned you have to wait another week, etc. You can only submit one assignment at a time so now I have finished the content of the course my next two assignments are completed and saved but I am still waiting for my first assignment to be marked. It is a bit frustrating.
To add to the frustration there is a resolution to the speed at which the assignments are marked if you are willing to pay quite a bit of money.
All in all I am happy with the content and the course but the assignment marking is negatively affecting my experience.

I bought a courss and canceled it is 2 /01/2026 , whoever almkst one month passed and I have not recieve any money !
Why this delay ! Upond cancelation customer support said money will deposited with one month! But I recieve nothing and refund still always pending, I request an Urgent interference from I to I

I was planning to get money as soon as possible and discuss buying another course with them again but now I get dispointed and become overthinking wether they will refund money really or keep delaying forever, personally I was not expect that, I hope This problem solves amically as soon as possible !

I have been trying to get into contact with your customer service to discuss an issue and all I am getting is phone numbers that do not exist, all my tickets get ignored and told that they not assisting and closing them. This is very dissapointing.

Great communication. I completed my TEFL training 18 years ago and needed proof of certificate. Within a week my certificate was located and sent to me via email. Great service.

I completed all required assignments and passed the final one over two weeks ago. Since I have not received any email confirming my certification or clearly stating that all criteria were met, I sent four follow-up emails seeking clarification. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of them.

The only message I received was unclear and suggested that another assignment was pending, which caused confusion. The lack of communication and post-completion support has been disappointing for a certification program.

Refund not received after cancellation of the online course

I enrolled in a Level 5 TEFL course with i-to-i, a UK-based provider of online education services.
I cancelled the course within the applicable cancellation period and was informed that I would receive a full refund within 14 days. The cancellation date was 13 November 2025.
As of 18 January 2026, I have not received the refund, despite the stated timeframe having passed and despite follow-up communication.
This was an online course purchased from a UK-based provider, and the delay is well beyond what is reasonable for a cancelled distance-learning contract.
I am sharing this review to document my experience and to encourage resolution. I am still awaiting my refund.
