I was not aware that my initial email from i-to-i had gone to my spam folder, so I sent an email. Sam came back and gave me sound advice on how to ensure their emails do not end up in my spam folder again. He also gave me a guide on how to contact the tutor. Thanks for all the help Sam.

I highly recommend this institution
I highly recommend this institution as I to I have constantly offered me support throughout my learning journey.The course work was thorough and incredibly well written,the assignments allowed me to practice what i had learned and apply it as though i was preparing a lesson for my own student

Kiera was helpful
I needed a copy of my TELF certificate which I had gotten a decade ago, I wasn't sure if I could access it but Kiera was helpful, polite and swift in both responding to my inquiries and resolving my issue. She also gave me a heads-up in knowing that it could take a while in finding my certificate, due to the time it was issued. Overall, I was pleased with her professionalism and open communication, I greatly appreciated her assistance.

Multiple Issues - No Support, No Communication
I purchased a course from i-to-i on Feb. 20, 2026. I immediately began experiencing issues from technical problems on the website to incorrect phone numbers for contacting somebody for help. I opened a support ticket immediately (see below). I also followed up with a separate email message (multiple times in the same thread). I had received NO response at all until today (2 weeks later). At this point, I have already disputed the charge with my bank and received a provisional credit. After my issues, I read several reviews (complaints) about their lack of communication and support. My review can now join the others. You do indeed get what you pay for.

Great service from Kiera!
Kiera on the certification team was amazing. She updated my old course to the new system swiftly and was very courteous in all interactions. Staff like this make such a difference!
Have had a great experience with i-to-i overall and especially recommend their 300 hour TEFL course for anyone wanting to set up as an online teacher. Great materials and structure and easy to access, My one criticism is that I did have some difficulty updating my course with the customer service team, who seemed to lack the experience and knowledge to deal with my request.
