In Demand Toys Avis

Up there with the best there is.

Reliable well packaged well priced and I always sense a passion for what they do.

Top lads. Mainly a third party masterpiece collector but often at TFNation I end up buying official from these top boys, and what little I get via mail order, they've been more than helpful. I imagine Hasbro are a right pain in the hairy brain to deal with, but these fellas soldier on for all us middle aged nerds.

Have been using In demand toys for couple of years , really happy with the service. Made a mistake on a high demand preorder, thought it would mean losing out , they sorted it out asap! Good clear comms on everything. Hoping to make a trip to the store at some point

Highly recommend Been shopping with them for years. Very helpful and welcoming in person.

Great company who can always be relied on for outstanding service, keen prices and tons of nice rare items. Absolutely recommended 👍

In demand have been nothing but great for buying Transformers in the UK, either via their site or in person at conventions. Their customer service is top notch (I bought a figure at a convention and realised it was missing the accessory when I got home and they sent a replacement straight away). This is my go to store for buying Transformers

Bought from these guys a few times over the years and couldn't fault them, customer service is also top notch!

I have been using In Demand Toys for several years and their customer service has never been anything less than excellent. Buy with confidence from these lads!

I have been using ID toys for years now and they are my #1 place to shop for transformers. Their prices are very fair for their stock + imported stock. Their customer service has always been fast and reliable. Postage has been great too with everything arriving very quickly.

I spoke to a few of the workers when I visited TFnation back in November and it is clear their passion is elevating their company.

I hope one day to visit in person

In Demand Toys have proven themselves to be THE action figure and collectibles online store for the UK.
Not only do they carry the latest ranges, they allow 10% preorders for securing those artificial scarcity goodies when budgets are tight.
I've personally never had a problem with them. Even on the rare occasion when I've been sent the wrong item (mistakes happen), they've been great with sorting it.

I've been using IDT for many years, have made many, many orders with them (and wouldn't want to know how much I've spent!) and they've always been excellent.
Never had a single issue with any order, always received my items quickly and with no issues.
Their prices are always great, especially their sales which have some incredible bargains!
Also seem like nice chaps when I buy from them in person at MCM Comic Con.
One of my absolute favourite toy and collectibles retailers!

Have been using ID Toys for many many years buying Transformers figures & have never once had an issue with them. Great selection of stock at competitive prices & some great sales. Met the staff a few times at conventions & they're all great. Active on social media too & they know their stuff. Highly recommended!

Fantastic store. I've bought from them regularly both online and in person, and always recieved top notch service.

Great local shop, great customer service and highly rated ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Ordered from here a few times and also bought from at shows. Never had any issues with them and always come across as happy to help.

Used them for years for Transformers and never had an issue beyond once sending me a wrong figure. That was quickly sorted out. Now they do 24 hour shipping by default I rarely use anyone else. Most recent purchase turned up quickly and well packaged.

Very kind and helpful staff they got my orders shipped quickly and it arrived perfectly in great condition as always will definitely buy more

Bought lots of Transformers from this store and the service has never been short of excellent.

Awesome service and always contactable if anything goes wrong. My default for Transformers preorders.

Excellent service and customer care. Always received items on time or faster. They have excellent communication if I ever need any info from them.
