In Demand Toys Avis

A fantastic company whether I’ve bought online or at MCM London. Always have received my preorders when they’ve come in to stock. Post really quickly as well. Whenever I’ve had a query I’ve had a response within 48 hours. Will always go to these guys for my Star Wars collectibles.

Takes your money, claims items are in stock, then doesn’t send them. No refund offered, promises delivery “next week,” and then stops responding altogether. I only received 50% of my order and all further correspondence was ignored. Would not recommend - completely unreliable service.

Placed my order and received it 26 hours later! Amazing service thank you so much 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great, I’ve had a few preorders from this company and they have been great at keeping me informed and sending items out promptly. They were even able to delay shipping for me when I was on holiday. Thanks for your great service.

send me a broken sword and said is a display model its normal so the will not take it back

Used In Demand Toys for a number of figures (Marvel/Transformers/GI Joe) in the past couple of years. Have always been swift in sending my order within a good time-frame and the courier service has always been either on time, or flexible in re-arranging the delivery date (usually Royal Mail). Usually have good discounts on the go too.

One order that was a pre-order via PurpleDot didn't authorise payment for whatever reason. I contacted In Demand directly and they solved it within 30 minutes. Most times using PurpleDot have been fine.

Can't rate my experiences with them highly enough and will continue to use them

So, I ordered a Marvel Legends Green Goblin helmet on Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning, really well packaged.

Thoroughly impressed as I live in Norn Iron and many other companies try to extract the urine in terms of shipping fees, etc.

Top stuff!

Always reliable and good prices. Well packaged and reliable

I’ve been a customer since 2021 and bought a few things with no problem, then before Christmas my daughter asked me what I wanted so I sent her the link for the figure I wanted etc, when it arrived the box had no packaging to protect it, the bubble and card has separated so when she contacted them they said to send it back and order it again. The figure stated it was non mint which I don’t mind. Whoever is deals with emails and packing need serious training

First time buying from these guys. Website states that on sale stuff might not be mint, bought some Joytoy bits, one item especially was nicely discounted. Both items received were mint and they were very well packaged! Delivered quickly, only positives to report 👍🏻

My favourite shop I order from them all the time with friendly helpful customer service. the only problem I have ever had is you have to chase up pre order deposits refunds if you never got your order. and with how busy my life is it's something I've not got round to in a couple of years. Would be nice if there was a way to submit refund requests on the order history page.

In demand toys have done it again.purchased something I had my eye on for an even better price, very happy with my boba figure.
Delivery was prompt again.
Thank you guys
excellent stuff👍

I just got a second delivery from these guys. So far, my experience has been pretty good. I have to say that many companies do not seem to be able to accurately list goods, process an order and send it out quickly - but these guys have done it twice in a while row! This puts them well ahead of many competitors. Well done, will order from here again!

Awesome Sauce!! Thanks guys. Another quick well packed delivery :) Cheers.

To the guys who did TF nation. Thank you even though you were mega busy you took time out to help. To the big man standing on watch you made a difference to me in my wheelchair your offers to assist were greatly appreciated. Son was mega pleased with haul from your stall. It was our first TF nation and guys like you mean i will definitely make point of going again.

Great prices and loads in stock. Super quick shipping too, it was despatched the next day. Will definitely buy from them again

Great service. Lighting fast dispatch very pleased with my items would very highly recommend and 100% would use them again

I was a little hesitant at first with using InDemandToys, as I am when using any sites for the first time. I pre-ordered the New Deadpool Legacy figure. Got here way ahead of time, even ahead of Hasbro Pulse UK. Packaged amazing, assuring no damage to the item or box. Great sellers. Will 100% be using you guys again. Thank you.

I was a little nervous when I saw In Demand Toys advertising a collectible I was looking for at less than half its original price.
However, I need not have worried, the shop was real, the collectibles are great and the prices even better.
I’ll definitely be checking this site for any toys/collectibles I’m on the hunt for.
Perfect customer experience!
