Fast and efficient service having my oven repaired - logged Tuesday evening, online appt for Friday, call back that brought appointment to Thursday - the friendliest engineer I’ve encountered so early in the morning, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Oven is now working, panic over!

Engineer arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. My dishwasher was back up and running within about 20 minutes

Couldn’t have asked for a better service
Literally called up at 13:00 to report the fault, by 07:30 the next morning it was repaired, I don’t think I could have asked for a better service. However……the machine was only 7 months old, and shouldn’t have broken down in the first place, but, resolved so quickly

Came out 2 days after inital call and…
Came out 2 days after inital call and fixed my washing machine.
Serviceman was here for around 8 minutes and got it working again.
