Customer Service at it very best
I have just had to take back a pair of faulty riding trousers and to say this was the easiest return / exchange would be an understatement. Within 3 minutes I was out with a new pair of trousers and an apology that I had had to spend time bringing something back. There was no hassle, no quibbling, a quick look at the fault (split seam) and new trousers supplied. Awesome Customer experience.

Great service. Quick delivery.
Went to try on a Schuberth C5 in the store in Norwich. The guy was really helpful, ensuring I had a good fit, but they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock. Ordered online and it arrived three days later.

Great for shopping online
Shopping online was a great experience. The team responded to my emails promptly and helped with all my queries thoroughly. They even price matched an item on my request. Returning experience was a bit bumpy because of delayed transportation. However, the team didn't keep me waiting on my refund, they processed it simultaneously as they sorted the transportation issue on their end. Highly recommended shopping online.

I purchased a cleaning product from click and collect from the Oxford store. Drove 40minutes to collect it. The store manager stated it was a delivery. I mentioned I had ordered click and collect. He said it happens all the time with the website and it’ll be delivered the following day. The following day came and went no deliveries. Now three days and still nothing. They are Blaming it on DPD as they “didn’t have my full address” and “couldn’t find my house”. Annoyingly they have the full address and it’s been the same useless lying driver for the last year. Ridiculous avoid infinity online service. As it will take an infinite time to arrive.

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.
Our checkout process offers two separate options: Home Delivery and Click & Collect. To place a Click & Collect order, the collection store must be selected during checkout before completing the order. Having reviewed your order, it was placed using the Home Delivery option.
We're also sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with DPD. While we work closely with our delivery partners, there are unfortunately occasions where delivery issues arise that are outside of our direct control. We could see that the shipping address on your order matched the one which we had supplied to DPD, but they were unsure of how to reach your premises. We informed you of this and recommended that you download the DPD app so that you were able to give them directions on how to get to your home.
We can see that the parcel is now being returned to us, and we've remained in contact with you throughout this process.
Once the parcel is received back, we're happy to either arrange for it to be resent or process a full refund—whichever you would prefer. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.

Fantastic helpful staff and i had to return an item and refund was in my account within 24 hrs of return postage. excellent system as had email of postage collection, email of arrival back to infinity and payment into bank. great set up.

My items were delivered to the wrong address, and had disappeared, one call to Infinity and they sent replacements the next day. First Class service.
