Inflata Nation Avis 

When it first opened it was great. However, it hasn’t been cleaned once since then. Went today and a good number of the balls were covered in pigeon poo. Before the staff come back and say it isn’t. I’ve got photos that a sadly can’t post here. I do more than enough pest control to know what I’m looking at. Plus, a decent amount was caught in the over head nets on some of the kit.

For the price we thought it was over priced for what it was- it’s a small area. (Even with a discount code)
The balls and area were filthy and the amount of hair was vile.
Also the toilets water pressure is awful so hard to wash your hands as the water just dribbles out.
Tbh we wouldn’t go back- we travelled 50 mins away and we wouldn’t return!
Also I wanted to have a little go I’m disabled but knew I would only be able to go in for 5 mins they wouldn’t let me bring a carer and use our discount code. So I sat alone. It was one or the other.
I wish I had read the reviews before I went as they are all negative! I couldn’t see one good review

Having recently just booked a platinum party package at the Ipswich venue, I really would not recommend booking a party at inflata nation.
The price for the platinum package is not worth what you get from the day. The organisation was lacking. There is a lack of food options, those who didn’t eat pizza, just had chips, and the boxes of chips were cold on arrival. The only good thing about the platinum package is every child gets a courtesy 1 hour jump session to be used within 3 months.
I don’t think an hours jump time is enough for a party, especially at the cost, which is followed by 30mins in the party room for food. An hour and 30 minutes play/jump time would be much more suited, but this wasn’t an option when booking.
We got there almost 30mins early as it requests in the T/C’s to get waivers and safety video done, but this was not needed as there was no intention on letting the kids go on early, so it just meant all the kids having to wait to get on.
The kids loved the time on the inflatable arena and I would definitely take my girl back, but I would not book another party here.

Had a good time there I parked in the disabled bay with my blue badge clearly visible and have received a fine from a company with disgusting reviews and are being allowed to monitor the car park shame I won't be able to return as i cannot park there.

You must pay £40 father and son for 2 hours (this is insane) that obviously 1h it's not enough for your kid. Better keep it empty rather than lower the prices and make it busier that causes more profit, think smart inflata!!!

The place itself is great fun for the kids, and also for parents, but the staff is awful. We arrived 10 minutes before 6, we paid 30£. At 6 o'clock the staff approached to us, shouted to "get out" your time is up. The cashier lady gave the wrong color wrist band but her colleagues did not stop. One blonde young lady especially rude. We had to call the manager. Week before exactly the same lady was shouted with us when my wife purchased tickets for an extra hour, but the band wasn't on our wrist yet. I know that few hours we spend there every week does not ruin their business, and they are not going regret their disgusting behavior,but we not gonna spend a single penny anymore where the staff threat customers as piece if sh.t.

I made a double booking by mistake.

Instead of offering a refund they gave me a voucher within 3 months.

Which was not ideal. So when I wanted to use them again they did not extend the 3 months anymore. Which is a bit of a con really!

I’ve been to better soft plays not worth the money in my opinion.

The kids had a great time but I was displeased with the fact they don’t offer a cows milk alternative and was unable to order a hot drink .For this reason I’m not overly happy with the experience . We also got there 5 minutes late no one was on the front desk and was able to just wander down. The kids didn’t have to watch the safety video and were able to go straight in.

Everything was going great with our son’s party. Kaylah was our host and she was great, she’s 100% a 5 star employee and if you get her you’ll have a great experience.

So all was great UNTIL the girl in the next room (the party rooms join with a sliding door) came in and screamed at the kids! They’d been banging on the door and had clearly annoyed her and they did need to calm down! Instead of speaking to me so I could handle it she aggressively screamed at them, told them to shut up, waved her arms around and seemed pretty psychotic! Such a shame as it really ruined the party.

So, if you do book a party I recommend asking for kaylah to be your host!!!

Don’t go on a hot day, there’s no aircon, so it’s like a sweat pit, would probably be great fun in cold days but my gosh everyone was dripping with sweat even sitting in the spectator area when temperatures outside were 26 degrees.
The staff are miserable and obviously hate their job and people equal amounts.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Be careful booking parties, I booked my son a party first the gold one and paid the deposit. When I phoned back up to pay in full they sold me an upgrade package being the VIP one. I clearly asked if this was the one that gave the children a free return in their party bags. She clearly said yes and ended the call. Then on party day we took the items of the party bags out and the voucher says you have to spend 7.99 in order to get the free entry. I did contact them and say they’re not free entry vouchers they’re discounted ? To which they replied it’s in the small print on the website. I didn’t book via the website I booked by phone and asked clearly if these vouchers was for free entry. The staff looked bored during the whole party, and they supplied neat squash when we asked for water to dilute they acted like it was not in their job roll. It’s slot of money for these parties not to be made special, and place needs a good clean.

Shame on you guys hope karma comes your way.

Manchester. Card machine on locker not working. 2 adults unable to go in as we were not leaving our belongings unattended. Refused to refund and offered a free visit next time. Sorry there won't be a next time. Waste of a day and will not be returning. Plenty other attractions around the area. Poor customer care on the first visit has ensured that I won't be back. Contacting the back to raise a chargeback.

Terrible experience at Inflata Nation Ipswich. They clearly don’t care about reviews as I’ve now seen how many people rate them as terrible. Under 4s section tiny. My 3 year old got very bored very quickly. Expensive for what it is. Don’t bother!

We have just left the Ipswich one. Drove a hour from Essex to visit here. The supervisor Ryan told my father in-law and sister in law that they are 'to heavy ' so wouldn't let them use the inflatable. But we see a man who was clearly over 20 stone in weight but he was aloud to use the inflatable. We complained Many of times and he finally got removed of the inflatable. We was promised a free drink by Ryan the supervisor and then he said no you have have 50% of then changed his mind and said we can have 10% of. In the end we paid full price for the drinks. My nephew was then getting started on by a group of girls so Ryan the supervisor asked who it was so we was trying to show him and he then started shouting at us to move of so we told him that he asked us to show him the people that started on my nephew and he said we I don't care about that I care about safety!! I said we you shouldn't be working as a supervisor as you couldn't run a bath..... He then shouted again and said RIGHT MOVE OF AND GET OUT!!!! I then replied don't start that with me boy I WILL be making a formal complaint.

EDIT: I've had a reply email from the general manager Reece Catchpole pretty much blaming my family party for the AWFUL experience we had at this shocking Ipswich branch. Absolutely disgusting!!

I’m a whealchair user I cannot walk at all due to stroke we Went today booked in advance when I arrived the lift was out of action manager told us there was no way of getting me up there so refund me or wait in entrance hall while my partner took my kids up I wasn’t going to let my kids down so I waited outside for a hour I was very disappointed

My grandson was at your deathtrap today trapped sinking under balls struggling to breathe , with 0 help from your very under trained staff no first aiders made themselves apparent no offer of accident book it took my daughter asking you, then you stop comments on your Facebook page and put out a statement not even mentioning children who were absolutely traumatised and terrified ..I had my grandson sobbing on the phone saying I nearly died, but hey you hope to be open tommorow but believe you me HSE will be informed as soon as they are open and the council etc, your statement will not stand up to scrutiny I can assure you

We went yesterday to Inflata Nation Colindale to book a birthday party for my 8 year old daughter. The reception lady looked so bored and absolutely lacked any enthusiasm. Everything was a 'no' from her. There were some other staff who were hanging around looked so bored. The venue looked good but if I am investing 300 pounds then I need value for money , but looking at the staff, it looked like the kids will be just miserable. So, we went to oxygen free jumping , where they greeted and treated us well, so we booked a party straight away. Shame the way the receptionist and staff acted, completely unprofessional and no fun at all! Never returning to Inflata Nation Colindale again!

I would definitely not use for parties as it is very poor value for money. I paid for the platinum package which included a choice of pizzas - choices were ordered well in advance.. The portions would not considered generous either. We were given just the one type with no explanation. I was left with apologising to those who did not get what they ordered No ice cream either. So, understandably, the children consumed what was given quickly. With less than 30 mins to go to closing, the children wanted to do some bouncing as after all that’s the main reason they came (they’d only bounced for just under an hour before the meal). Instead of informing the hosts directly of the limits to the bounce slot, one member of staff saw fit to order the children OFF the equipment. One of the celebrants came running to me in tears. Telling 8 year olds at a party “GO HOME. IT’s TIME TO GO HOME”.

The lack of discretion and worse still sensitivity on display was incomprehensible. I was told to pay an extra £130.50!! I would add the venue had low attendance at the time so it was not a capacity issue.

I rarely leave bad reviews and am always willing to champion small businesses. I’m afraid this is one I’d say you’re better off avoiding if you wish to host a party. My child has just told me she wished we’d used a different venue. As you can imagine this was embarrassing for her, her sister and for me the host. Never again.

If any attempt was made to check with the hosts first to see if what was paid for had been delivered - if we were happy with the service so far, I expect this review would have been different.

Lastly, I would gladly give credit to the member of staff who actually helped us at the party. In spite of all that happened, which was beyond her control, she was a delight.

A little more expensive compared to other softplay/bounce facilities for kids, £9.99 for 1hr. However would say it is still value for what it has. Some parts need some repairs. Never too busy either.

We were not given the safety briefing as required. The facilities I believed were there were not all there or running. The bungee jump not running. No climbing wall. Balls in pool scarce. Duel used to just play on so not really a duel. Toilets the girls 2 out of 3 no toilet roll. The third didn't flush. Generally unclean. Sent out of play area a few minutes early to prepare for next people coming in. I would have appreciated my full session given tickets were £120 (3 adults. 4 children. 2 hours) woman on bounce area did not want to talk to me when I approached her with a question. Badly supervised in general. My youngest is 2 and the baby area was overran with older cildren, she was actually the only under 5 in there most of the time despite the area being full. Lockers not great. The unlock system requires check in and out process on the manual screen each time but there is only 1 screen for the entire place so long queues waste your time in the play area
