I had an issue with not printing clear after installing new cartridges. The level of customer service is without doubt the best I have ever received in a very very long time. If you buy off Ink Depot, you buy quality products and quality service. Cannot recommend them highly enough!😁

I have taken a look at the tracking link that should be found in the email we sent when we shipped your order. It appears your order was delivered to the Henty post office on 14th January and is currently awaiting your collection.
Printer ink replacement.
I placed the order by 'phone and the lady receiving my call was very helpful and courteous. The required order was received safely a few days later. Thank you.

The coloured inks probably are.
A good experience to stick with the branded product, which I have ordered from a different source, rather than a generic one.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had.
The products you purchased are ink bottles, and there should not normally be any compatibility issues with the HP 7000 series. We can arrange a return or replacement if you can provide us with more detail on exactly what compatibility issue you encountered while using the black ink.

Incorrect cartridge was sent in error (same part but original, not compatible). Customer service were on to it even before I noticed and Francis was extremely helpful and prompt in fixing it.

Ink Depot is one of those businesses that seem to be fantastic, time and time again, over the many years as a photographer/printer, I have come to find I wouldn't trust anyone else! Living in Brisbane is busy enough at best, and whenever I've needed ink, I simply login in, go to my normal area and order. delivery arrives at my door sometimes the next day or a day after which is so good, no need to have to drive to post office or any pickup area, saving big time. and talk about savings. Running a Canon prograf printer, their prices can't be beat. I am so very grateful for this company. thank you, Ink Depot.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and completely understand how disappointing it must feel to be waiting for your order.
We sent you an email last Thursday with an update – your parcel was attempted for delivery, but because the “Authority to Leave” option wasn’t selected and no one was available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Australia Post redirected it to your local post office. It’s currently awaiting collection there.
If you haven’t received the notification card from Australia Post, you can collect the parcel by showing your ID at the post office.
If you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know – we’ll be happy to help.
