Having our own residential directors
We are in the process of having our own residential director(s) as the developer has completed the site and with it being 10 years since I bought my house the developer has decided to remove their director(s) from Branston Leas Estate Management Company.
I had never heard of Innovus, before but the company secretary Svitlana has been absolutely brilliant, replied to emails within a few hours, and helped me with questions on how to proceed. Svitlana would be an asset to any company in this type of work.

One of the most infuriating companies I…
One of the most infuriating companies I have ever dealt with. Despite me asking them on at least 3 occasions over 6 years not to send postal mail to an old address in Dubai they continue to ignore my request. This seems to be a technique they use with overseas property owners to try and justify excessive and unwarranted "late" fees. They finally use email only after raising two of these fees that an owner will never be aware of due to not receiving their postal mail that was probably never delivered.

Innovus support is good, which is surprising given they the sister company of FirstPort - FirstPort management are dreadful with customer relations. If you are considering moving managing agent from FirstPort, do consider keeping Innovus as secretarial support.

Evaluation of Erhan’s work
Erhan is a diligent and careful person. He conducted an inspection on every item concerning fire safety of my flat main door. The check, I believe, is thorough. he explained every step in detail of his fire safety check. I am satisfied with his work done.

"Efficient, professional and genuinely helpful"
I recently went through the process of becoming a director of my residents management company and Samantha at Innovus was outstanding throughout. What had been a drawn out and frustrating process was resolved quickly and professionally once Samantha got involved. She kept me informed at every step, chased things on my behalf without being asked, and even monitored Companies House to confirm my appointment had processed successfully. Her communication was prompt, clear and always courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend Innovus and Samantha in particular to anyone navigating the complexities of RMC directorship. Five stars without hesitation.

Onboarding Process
We have recently been onboarded with Firstport, and I would like to thank Rahimur for their support throughout the process.
They have been extremely helpful, professional and responsive from the outset, making what can often be a lengthy onboarding process straightforward and easy to navigate. Communication has been excellent, and any queries we have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
