We had a fire door check conducted by Erhan from Innovus, and he did an amazing job with thorough checks of the door inside out, and was kind to advise us on tips for longevity of the door. Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely appalling experience with the Innovus surveyor team. Charlotte Statham and her colleague Nicola demonstrated an astonishing lack of care and awareness while visiting our development. On more than one occasion they left the gates to the residents-only communal external area open behind them, showing little regard for the security of residents.

They also parked in a clearly marked residents-only parking space despite prominent CCTV signage making it obvious the area is for residents. You would think professionals working on residential sites would pay more attention to their surroundings.

The worst part was witnessing Charlotte Statham swing her car door directly into my parked car. This wasn't just my opinion; it was captured on CCTV and even triggered my car's vibration detection alarm at the time of impact. The result was damage to my vehicle that now requires repair.

I have reported the incident to Charlotte's manager, Claire Parker, and have left messages seeking compensation for the damage caused. Unfortunately, Innovus has been extremely difficult to contact, which has only added to the frustration. As Innovus is associated with FirstPort, I have also raised a formal complaint with FirstPort regarding the conduct of their surveying team.

This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. Staff representing a professional surveying company should receive better training in basic awareness, respecting residents' property, and taking care around other people's vehicles. Leaving secure gates open, parking in residents-only spaces, and damaging a resident's car demonstrates a worrying lack of professionalism.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Innovus.

The speed in which my Deed of Variation was turned around was excellent
