I’ve just ordered my third set of these lights (f bar evo) and a master controller, their lights are cracking, customer service is absolutely on point and I’m really happy to keep using their stuff. Always seems best to phone them rather than email or social media but Richard and everyone else I’ve spoken to have always been really helpful

I bought a pair of the companies rooting bars 4 months ago which have been faulty from their first use keep switching on and off and are dangerously hot. I have tried to contact the firm through all media with no response. My advice Avoid!!

Very good lights. I've used this company for 6 years. The lights are the best on the market and UK manufactured. The team have always been helpful and happy to take the time to explain how and why these lights work. I've used most models, from the ISH 100 all the way yo the X Bars. You won't find better lights for the money.

A perfect transaction from the get go. While on their website I emailed with some questions. Got full answers literally within 12 mins of sending and this was on a Saturday too. The grow lights arrived exactly on time as promised and the quality of the materials, finish and manufacture is patently obvious. A beautiful, efficient piece of kit and UK made too. After a good bit of research I decided on Invisible sun.
They have the very latest Samsung evo's, and they have the best prices I have found. In my opinion these guy's are META lol
I won't be replacing this light for the next 4 years at least, and I will still be growing with very high efficiency and a beautifully calibrated spectrum.
For the price these guys offer you really can't beat them. Especially as I got it on sale with a further discount code.

Outstanding customer service. I emailed about a problem I had with a light. Got an email back within an hour and a phone call. Resolved the issue straight away and put my mind at ease. Plus Richard kindly told me to text the number he called me on if i needed help.

I would unfortunately have to assume the people that leave bad reviews are being somewhat difficult as I have had a brilliant experience.

All I can say is that ive contact the their costumer email as I saw and still have a screenshot of theirs website saying that the new client registrations would have 10%off their purchases. I received an email from Mr. Richard saying that is not true and they changed their website meanwhile. Sneaky to say the least. For few pounds they lost their credibility at least for me. I will not buy nothing from them, even if they sell good products. There's spiderfarms there's... Others. Thank you

Great experience with this company over several purchases. They are highly responsive to queries, and are happy to talk through any issues you may have or give advice on how best to set up your room. I have seen some bad reviews stating poor communication and I can't fathom how that can be attributed to this company - They are one of the most responsive and happy to help teams I have come across.

Will purchase more of their products in the future.

Excellent customer service picked up during a faux pas during ordering. Very good product especially when you learn 'your own personal' PPFD setup in 'your own grow environment'. Low heat output exactly what you expect from LED's, ideal for adding dehumidifiers into the environment. Very low power consumption per photon. Comes with handy gifts. Exceptionally healthy plants.

Just received my ISH 100 R comes with grinder, tray and some stickers,
Looks great in the tent and has freed up alot of space that was being taken up by my cfls, paid for on Friday night turned up Tuesday morning, had a question about product on Sunday and within 2hrs had received a response through messenger, would give 5 stars but will wait until my crops done, at the mo 4.5stars

purchases a grow kit ffrom these cowboys last month,cannot hit the required temperatures at all and in a small space as well,first though wrong temperature eradin so put 2 sets of digital cagues in there,and still showing poor heat temperature,
before i purschased said kit i also emailed them numerous times about queries i had for other products purchased from them in the past,guess what?never replied once,i still ordered the kit despite total lack of communication (actaully none what so ever) and again emailed them about this really poor kit and still not a word,not only a case of buyer beware,in my opinion buyer run like hell away from this really bad company with poor inferior goods,no way can other reviews claiming how good they are etc can be real at all.
i have other grow equipment with same specs etc and they work well with good heat etc,as i said, bad compnay,very bad products and non exeistent communication

I had a good experience with invisible sun led,
Purchased a ISH75 & it's well built "brand new board" with lm301h diodes & a meanwell lpc 100-2100 driver & is now available with an external potentiometer for your dimming needs.
Excellent for a small space "veg, clones, mothers" & is also good for 1 plant full cycle .
Great communication. I messaged on fbook regarding how long shipping would take & was told if I ordered before 14:00 it would ship same day, I did & it did ship same day & I received next day.
Never waited more than a few hours for a email reply to any of my queries
