The International Paintball Group Avis 

I foolishly purchased a voucher at a big shopping centre and went through every detail with the rep. He explained that I would have NO further costs at all. How wrong was he!

I rang to book the day and found it very odd that they repeatedly said ‘your call is being recorded’ but we kept losing connection and the line didn’t appear to be normal. They kept saying ‘are you there?’ then a click and I said ‘yes’ and this is how the get you. They say you’ve agreed to everything by saying ‘yes’ and have a recording of you saying it.

Then come the extra charges and the scam gets worse, you don’t get ANYTHING included. The voucher means absolutely nothing. The 1000 free paintballs you think you are getting only apply to the last game (you have to stay all day which is beyond most fitness levels) and then they are allocated at 100 per person not 1000 over your group. To book the party I had to pay £9.99 per person to take part, I had 4 confirmed places with the possibility of 2 further. They said that they couldn’t guarantee the 2 spaces being available, but if I paid an extra £4.50 flexible booking charge then I could amend my booking. More clicks on the phone. So I paid for 6 places and confirmed with the rep that I could reduce if needed. NO YOU CAN’T. The charge only means you can increase your booking not decrease.

I spoke to a manager who I complained to and he was so very rude. He refused to honour the money back for the 2 places I no longer needed, simply offered me more paints. He kept referring to the calls saying ‘they have me on tape saying ‘yes’ to various things, they wouldn’t accept that the line kept going dead and the rep misled me.

I emailed in my complaint and after another exceptionally bullish call from a manager, he then offered me vouchers for another day. I told them I would never use their company again and so the vouchers are useless, but he became so rude, talking over me and then saying I had no respect!

I followed this call up with another email saying I didn’t want them to contact me by phone, only email. They have a generic response to emails claiming your case has been escalated. It’s the same email over and over.

Also, my mobile provider has just charged me £12.63 to call this company as calls to them are not free! It just gets better!

If you really want to paintball, book with the venue directly rather than this agent, as even the venue had an exceptionally low opinion of them.

Also if they don’t like your review - they report it!

It is like a joke - I paid £300 to seller when I bought it and he has given me free 200 balls to play it has written on the paper work he has given me name to use it --- When I called to book it they ask me to pay another £10 per person to get 100 free balls so it is not a trustable company - I suggest you to book it with another local company and you see and get what you book it!

I definitely do not recommend them!

I was given the seller name above but they contacted on here via company to delete it as it is personal information lol so you care about your money grabber who sells all those tickets with lier skill but you do not care upset customers !!!

Bought the tickets for a present for my son. Non of the dates I want to book over the school holidays are available, not because they're too busy, but because they have no other bookings. I've requested a refund but they refused as I'm one week outside of the 14 day cooling off period. They are nothing but con artists.

These Guys are a big scam! I bought tickets and guess what they were worthless.
And the moneyback guarantee did not work because the tickets I send to them where returned.

Brought some tickets off a stall at the student fair last year. Got a good offer from the guys, I finally managed to get round using them last weekend.

And what an experience it was, I never played before but didn’t have one single issue what’s so ever.
At the site their were plenty of extras I could of brought, also my group ordered pizzas and were really nice.
Overall 5 star package to get into the door.

This is one of the best paintball courses I have ever played at!!

I headed out for my mates birthday there were 16 of us in total. The staff were completely professional and organised. The prices were so good as we picked up an IPG package deal in the shopping centre off some sound Ozy lads.
The game zones were sick! They clearly put a lot of time into panning these areas out as each one was completely different and better than the last.

I have played with a bunch of different paintball companies through out the years but nothing even comes close to the standard these guys hold.

I'm not having the best experience with this group.
When I purchased the tickets, I asked specific questions due to not driving. I was told it's on upper James and on a bus route...I purchased them for my son's 10 birthday. To now for the past month...find out it's not on upper James or on a bus route...and since calling several times..getting nothing but the run around..getting wrong emails to get my refund back... hopefully got the correct one today....so I'm not happy at all..all I want is my refund back and hopefully educate your staff better so they don't give incorrect information to people as I've now come across a few others who where give incorrect information.

I bought tickets and went with a group or 9 people for a birthday part.

We had a very fun experience. There was a lot of people there to play with and we spent the whole day on the fields.

Had a fun and awesome day. Defiantly will be coming back.

Bought tickets off of IPG for my mates stag do and we had the best time!

The rep gave us an amazing deal on the tickets. We had 13 of us head out for the stag and ended up using the rest for my birthday a short while afterwards.

Staff at the field were amazing, the game zones were awesome and I’ll definitely be playing again!

Bought tickets from a top lad in London. He gave me an awesome deal to get a great day out with my mates and he had answers to all my questions. Cant wait to get out there and have a sick day.

Had a great time!!! and a workout!!

Was approached by an aussie guy in Glasgow. He was good craic. Show us how the Delta Force sites set up and a promotion they had on atm. Made it hell of a lot cheaper than online. Dude give us free paintballs for the zombie mission. Cheers mate!

Day it is was awesome. Guys there showed excitement in their job that made the experience for me. Really got everyone into each mission. Few war wounds from it but would definitely go again.

Used tickets at delta force in ottawa for the weekend, the head referee Phil really nice guy took us through the whole day and gave me and my work team a quality experience! Will be definitely going back with my family.

Purchased an experience package from a guy named Jeran in London... Sounded Aussie, lovely geezer, sorted me out proper!...

We played 2 weeks ago at Billericay in Essex.

I've never had that much fun before... except seeing Chelsea lose...

Place was unreal... Cool marshals that no how to run a paintball day....

Got tickets from IPG and have played in both Aus and NZ and both times were awesome!!! The staff were cool and played with us. I saw one playing with a 10 year old girl that was feeling timid and helping her out. Big ups 👍

Went for my 25th birthday up in Hamilton, had an awesome time. The staff were excellent and I was pleasantly surprised how realistic the set up was! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a fun day out.

IPG guys sorted me out in the Bullring centre in Brum.... Couple of Australian guys promoting the field at Kegworth near Nottingham...

We just played for my mates 30th birthday and it was nuts.

The gamezones are awesome... Most places just have burned out cars and barrels, it gets boring after a while but this place was crazy. Like a video game...

Left with a few bruises but everyone loved it...

We're headed back on the weekend to use our left over tickets....

My review is about ipg and not where we actually played paintball as they are separate companys, but i would recommend no one buy off these if they approach you. We were sold the paintballing at a supermarket and they sold it to us as each guest gets 200 paintballs and they only got 100 and that they could not have them until the last game.

2nd trip down since 2017. Had a very good day out with the tickets that my wife purchased.
Bought them at a shopping centre off a sales rep there. He was nice enough but we bought more than ewe needed so had to give some away to family as a gift.

hen day was well run and well organised in the Dingley field. WE had a bit of rain which made it a more fun if you are into that sort of thing.
Will be back again in a couple of months as we still have 10 tickets left.

I was approached by one of the IPG representatives in a Shopping Centre. After hearing all about the exciting games zones I decided to get the tickets to use them with some friends . The whole experience from booking in to the actual day out was great. It was definitely amazing day out with friends and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I bought some paintball tickets and took 10 kids down for my son's birthday. The kids really loved the gamezones, and the field marshals were fantastic with them. My son had the best time and it was really worth the cost.
Much better than when we played with another company a couple of years ago !
