Do not buy from this company they are a rip-off, they sell you tickets for a good deal then forget to mention that you have to pay an additional cost when you book, bad service I was silly to fall for it

Read the smallprint and know it well as that's all that will be quoted to you if you request a refund!

I requested a refund 48 hours after I bought them as when I tried to book the paintball day, I was told that I had to buy paintballs there and then for another stupid amount of money or I couldn't book the day.

I refused and verbally asked for a refund, then immediately sent an email requesting a refund.

I was then hounded with telephone calls and emails, even though I'd asked for a refund, trying to get me to "complete" the booking.

I am now four weeks down the line and I've just had the Terms & Conditions thrown at me.

I suggest Trading Standards or your Credit Card company may cover the amount if you make a complaint to them within 120 days. Your bank may also provide help recovering your money but the best way to avoid having to do any of that is to not be taken in by the slimey little oiks who sell these "experiences" at events where there is neither the time nor the place to sit down with a magnifying glass and go through their Terms & Conditions. Not that you'd think to do that because all the questions that you've asked to cover yourself have had the answers fabricated to make you secure enough to part with your money.

Do your homework before you part with your hard earned cash!

Shame on you IPG as you are fully aware that a lot of these "experiences" are for celebratory purposes.

Please everyone AVOID International paintballing Group... stood outside Tesco Highwoods - they take £70 for tickets then when you book they take another £90.90 for balls. Then 36hours before you are due to go they tell you unless you pay more money to them they will cancel the day. Don't find any suitable days to change it to and then don't refund you £70 of your money! Biggest scam ever... wasted 5 days of my life trying to sort this still £70 down and my Sons 7th birthday ruined!!!

An awful experience, very hard to contact. Got pressured into tickets, and they end up being stupid expensive. Wouldn't touch them ever again, stay clear, just go to an actual paint ball center and book that way, it'll be cheaper!

Purchased for husband's birthday, but he has recently suffered a back injury, so I've requested a refund. The refund was delayed after multiple escalation. We are now well over 10 weeks and the refund still hasn't come in...being bounced around over the phone isn't fun. At worst, we've been lied to; at best, they're incompetent. Buyer beware, they will take your money quickly, but will drag their feet on the refund (if you ever get it).

My family, friends and I had such a fun day out! The offer they had was great and the lady who sold to me was so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience we've had all together!!!

It was a Christmas time and I was in a serious need for a Christmas gift for my partner. We were paintballing before when in country I am originally from, liked it, and when I saw the stand in a shopping centre in Birmingham - it just made my day! My mom and myself asked for more info. I didn't even know that my son is allowed to play here because he is only 7, but everyone who's 7 and up can play!! Wow!!

Guy who was selling the tickets explained absolutely everything, was charming and very positive. He spoke slowly because my mom doesn't speak good English... We were impressed how great of a sales person he was!! We've got an outstanding customer service!!! He gave us a great deal, made us laugh, answered every question we had and we had lots, he was very patient and professional. We couldn't have been happier!!!

My partner has used some of the tickets in April, he took his staff for a day out and yesterday he took my son and myself as well to experience it. Omg, how much fun did we have :))) ... It was kind of nice shooting my husband hehe :) !

Excellent marshalls, very helpful. A whole new level of experience on the field. That place was huge and something I've never seen before... I felt I was in a movie or something ❤ ...

I defo recommend this company to everyone, you won't regret it and be prepared to have the best time of your life!!!

I was looking for something to do for our end of season break up for our rugby team and I stumbled across an Australian lad selling tickets for a paintball experience he was very friendly and easy to talk to we got chatting and he played rugby aswell.

He sorted me out with a good deal for the club I ended up getting 40 tickets off him for a great reasonable price and we ended up getting our own private game which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this deal to someone as it’s like an open ended ticket so you don’t have to book a day straight away

Me and my kids had an absolutely fabulous time paintballing at the delta force site in Eccles, I can’t praise the staff at the site or the lovely lady we got our tickets off enough! Without a doubt we will definitely be revisiting!!

Awesome day out!! Took my son to the Manchester venue for his 18th birthday. I took 5 of his mates. We had a great day out. Very professional staff at the site. Decent price for the paintballs.

I've actually been blown away by this company. AMAZING. I feel after having such an amazing experience with them, that it is only fair that I tell my story and the reality of what your getting.

I was aware of IPG after I had been looking for a Paintball party for my 11 year old boy online.

I stayed clear of them after reading the reviews online about them.

Then I saw them at my local Tesco, and after they approached me, I confronted them about their online reviews. I told them they where a con and was about to walk away when the nice young lady politely asked if I actually wanted to see what the deal actually was.

After speaking with her for 10 minutes, not only had she explained everything in detail, but she had rang up the booking hotline to check availability and locations, along with going through ALL the Ts & Cs with me, after which I looked at them myself, ticked the boxes and signed that I had understood it all.

I still thought there might be a catch and went away to do my shopping. I looked at their actual website & made a point to look at the positive reviews, which are always hard to find online for anything!

My mind was made up. I bought the tickets. And it was the BEST birthday party my son has ever had.

I can not recommend enough the day out. Kids absolutely loved it.

My advice to anyone who shops online, remember that most reviews are only ever left if someone had a bad experience. Very few people take the time to say how good something was or is.

I grabbed the offer from a promotion stand and used them a few weeks ago. Have to say im not one to normally leave reviews but my kids and his friends had such a good time (Not more than me).

Great day out one to remember spent a little more than i wanted but its not every day you go paint balling, well worth the chunk of change.

IPG was an incredible day out for my stag do, bought these tickets at a really good rate at my local Tesco and had an awesome day with the lads! Couldn't have asked for a better day out to see me off into marriage.

We all had a lot of fun and being the stag I did get some stick out there but it was all worth it for the enjoyment factor!!

16 of us went in total and the staff looked after us very professional, also allowing some banter for the occasion!

I will definitely be using the remaining tickets for my 7 year old's next birthday!

Went down to the Bullring last week and bought tickets off a very cool geezer think his name was Andy.

Took the mandem down to Solihull on the weekend we had a sick as day fam.

All the games zones Andy spoke of where there, the terminator came out as well it was awesome. It was nice to get those free paintballs for the walking dead games at the end as well! Very handy

We got a such a good deal will definitely be going again with the mandem soon to use the rest of our tickets.

I bought a paintball ticket package from a friendly Australian fellow I met in a Tesco Foyer in Bristol.
He gave me a great deal! The experience I had was incredible! IPG are the real deal.
If you are looking for an adrenaline filled day with top of the range equipment and epic landscapes each with their own objective then IPG never fail to entertain.
I have since contacted the man who provided our tickets and purchased another 30 tickets so I can treat my colleagues to a day they will always remember.

Bought tickets from the guys at my local tesco a month ago, went down with the kids, was a absolutely fantastic day, spend money on the paintballs which I was told about and for the whole day and the tickets and paintballs was well worth it,

Absolutely rip off avoid it.these vouchers worth nothing. I paid £70 for vouchers but when I phoned them to book it was coming more expensive than if you book it without vouchers directly with the paint balling centre.
