Easy to order. Pricing very good
Easy to order. Very good price. Needed to contact them by phone, staff were very helpful. It was nice to hear a friendly voice from back home. Thank you Ann for all your help. The only thing that let the whole experience down was delivery which should have been on a Friday and was delayed until following Monday. But that was down to the couriers. Delivery driver was quite helpful.

Shop elsewhere. No customer aftersales
Seamless from order to delivery. Super easy website to navigate. However after experiencing issues from day one we will no longer purchase from this retailer or any DYSON product again. JC Campbell have had numerous opportunities to sort the faulty unit though all they do is refer you back to the manufacturer who continuously refer us back to them. Coming up to three days since my last email yet no reply. Obviously don’t value their customers so shop elsewhere is my advice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I am sorry to hear about your experience with both the faulty Dyson and the difficulties you encountered in trying to resolve the issue.
Our records show that you contacted us on Monday 14 September 2026 to advise that there was a fault with your new Dyson appliance. Based on our previous experience with similar issues, we believed that the most likely cause was either the battery or the charger. As Dyson Customer Care would normally arrange a replacement part directly where this is the issue, we therefore referred you to Dyson in accordance with the usual procedure.
Had Dyson determined that the fault was more complicated and could not be resolved by replacing a component, they should have referred you back to us so that we could arrange for the faulty appliance to be returned and provide you with a replacement.
We appreciate, however, that your experience with Dyson was frustrating and that you found the process difficult and unhelpful. We are sorry that what should have been a relatively straightforward matter became unnecessarily drawn out.
We also acknowledge that, due to the absence of our office administrator at the time, the communication and handling of the matter on our side was not as efficient as it should have been. We sincerely apologise for any additional frustration or inconvenience this caused you.
Please be assured that this is not the level of service we aim to provide at J C Campbell Electrics. We take customer feedback seriously, and we regret that on this occasion we did not meet the standard of service that we strive to deliver.
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the frustration you experienced while trying to resolve the issue.
