Calibrate Avis 

Coach Crystal made my experience absolutely amazing! She was so invested in my journey and was my biggest supporter the whole time. I looked forward to meeting with her and catching her up on what has been going on and she was so enthusiastic and excited about my progress. She played such a huge role in my journey and I truly believe that I couldn’t have done it without her. When I faced challenges, she was right there to support me and help me get back on track with full support and no judgments. She is the best part of Calibrate and I can’t recommend her enough!! I wish I could give her a hug and sincerely thank her so much for how much she helped me throughout my journey!

On the other hand, Calibrate needs to work on their communication. The online messaging takes a while to get a response and even then it is not incredibly helpful. They should create an option for phone calls so that you can speak to an actual person for help. I did not end up getting medication through them because it was so hard to get timely responses and it took a long time to get any sort of response. The best thing about calibrate is the coaching and Coach Crystal specifically.

Coach Kayla really helped me to be realistic on achieving my goals which helped me to be more mindful to be able to achieve them. I now stop and think about whether or not I'm getting the extra movement throughout the day and make sure I'm getting enough of good foods.

Calibrate is a great program, with the support from your trainer holding you accountable is awesome. I have lost weight, friends have noticed the change in me in just a few months. My trainer Saad is awesome he celebrates my wins on our calls which motivates me more! I didn’t think I could get here but here I am getting it done! Thank you Elaine

My experiences have been great so far with this program with all the valuable information and resources in the app . The app keeps track of all your progress whether it’s good or bad. The program is a very valuable resource to achieve your goals and get to the point where you feel you want to be . FedEx Express I feel should advertise this program more so many more people can know about it because I feel this can help so many others .

I am overall impressed at the ease and support of the Calibrate program. Saad very pleasant to speak with and support has been very responsive.

This is the first program that actually listens to you. Helps you motivates you and encourages you. This program has changed my life and the relationship I have with food. I have lost 120 pounds in one year and it’s all because of them!☺️

I've been with Calibrate since Dec 2024.. I've lost 60lbs. The program works.. Coaching has been a great benefit. I've had nothing but positive results when communicating with staff..

I want to share my experience with Calibrate to encourage others who might be considering this health journey. My journey started in Nov 2024. I am a 61 yo woman who has struggled with my weight, making healthy choices and an addiction to sugar! I have through the years, lost weight only to gain it back repeatedly over & over! As I went through menopause, I could no longer lose weight the way I once had and struggled with weight gain, poor physical health which lead to poor mental health! I needed help in a way that I had never needed before in my life! My personal Dr prescribed GLP meds to assist me but I was denied by insurance for over a yr. Through Calibrate, I was approved. I was on multiple meds for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hormones, and thyroid. I am a grandmother to 4 precious grandchildren that I adore and want to be healthy for myself and my family! I wasn’t able to interact with my grand babies in a way that wasn’t tiring, restrictive and a strain for me! I knew I had to make some serious changes but was so discouraged until I was introduced to Calibrate! I began to follow the plan and learn so much that was contradictory to what I’d done my entire life with regard to my physical, mental & emotional health! I started with the clinicians and Coach Dawna, who has been instrumental in assisting me with changing my way of thinking when it comes to my health and how I manage it! She has taught me so much and been the greatest encouragement!!! I look forward to our biweekly meetings. She and her guidance through Calibrate has truly changed my entire mindset around food, movement, and the way I want to live my life from here on out. I have lost 55 lbs, reduced ALL of my medications (possibly illuminating BP, Cholesterol by the end of summer), my BP & cholesterol levels have never been better, I feel better than I have in 10 yrs & can now interact with my grand children without being totally exhausted! I am living MY BEST LIFE! I am maintaining my weight lose now and continuing with the healthy habits I’ve formed and plan on living my life this way forever! I can honestly say Calibrate (with the help of Coach Dawna) have given me a whole new perspective on life & how to live it to the fullest!!! I would encourage anyone who is struggling with healthy habits/life to give Calibrate a try! It’s not easy but the reward is life changing and worth it! I’m a testament to that fact!

I love the program. I have been overweight for years and this has been the first time I have been able to maintain a weight loss for this period of time. The program really resonated for me. I love the reading materials and I read all of them. I am invested in all of the pillars. And I absolutely love my coach Emily. 78 pounds down in a year very excited.

Coaching is critical for me to reach my goal!

The coaching has been very valuable to this program. The medicine is just the medicine. But the coaching is what will push you into change.

I love the coaching it helps coach Rutu is very responsible she is always on time always there and answering any questions I have she is great she is really helpful

Charlotte had been helpful and encouraging. She explained the program, explained how to get around in the app and challenged me with helpful ideas to make progress. The pyramid and food information changed the way I eat. I feel so much better.

There are a few things I have really liked about Calibrate. I am happy with the information I am
Getting through the lessons. Lots of things I already knew and the reminder is great. I like that I have to report in to someone a couple times a month. I am being held accountable for the lessons I am learning. It’s also nice that the program realizes we’re all human and have struggles and outside distractions we cannot control.
I’ve been happy with zepbound as well. Also that the program makes sure we learn about how our bodies use food.
All of that the program and zepbound have helped with my food noise as well as willpower over the things I struggle with.

I have been successful losing weight and sleeping better which benefits my overall wellness! The education piece is great! The coach meetings keep me focused and I like being able to message support if I need to.

The support and recommendations I get from my coach Karen were inspiring and motivating.

Calibrate has been a huge support for me over the past 3 years! Between all the coaching, the informational modules and the medication I have become healthier and more aware of what my body needs. I highly recommend the program!

Totally misleading in every way. They require a 3-month commitment and failed to get a GLP-1 approved which I was told I qualify for and kept reassuring me it would be done. They will tell you they will work with your insurance to get a prior authorization done but they failed. Not only that, I had to push them to make the actual attempts. $600 all for nothing. To the BBB we go.

I absolutely love Calibrate and my Coach Amy P. This program has been such a huge help in my weight loss journey. I learn something new everyday that will help me in the future. It’s wonderful to have such support from a program that will lead you to success in loosing weight and keeping it off. I can’t recommend this program enough. I know that everything I have learned and continue to learn from this program and my coach will help me succeed in the future with keeping weight off and my health the best it has ever been.
