I am going through a lot of betrayal from my family ... I am going up against my daughter this week in a trial because my almost 20 year old daughter went out of network on her medical expenses... Sheena has been great with giving me coping mechanisms and taking each day as a brand new one!
I just love her positivity and her personality is just refreshing !
I am glad that I have found her !

I found my amazing therapist through…
I found my amazing therapist through Lavender. I have been in therapy for many years now and have not felt so well matched before. The concierge team is always helpful and great at following up. I also appreciate the distanced counseling in the comfort of my home. Definitely recommend if you’ve been searching for the right fit!

Good for meds, not much for psychotherapy
Good for common meds' reconsideration and prescribing, and for a light talk. Keep the deep stuff and big life changes and processes to someone more experienced in psychotherapy and specialized in your issues.

Contacting them/setting up appointment…
Contacting them/setting up appointment was super easy. The "concierge" service is nice and the person I emailed and spoke to on the phone is nice. They were very informative and answered my questions. I am looking forward to my appointment after this initial interaction!

Great Service
Overall, Lavender has provided a great service during the remoteness of the pandemic. The concierge is very responsive and friendly, and even when I've had to cancel my scheduled sessions, they were always quick to ask if I was good on my medications.

Amazing service
Honestly, the service is amazing. Currently in the middle of switching insurances, so not sure if they cover. If anyone is looking for very high quality mental health care from the comfort of home, this is the place to go.
