How this agency sells houses is beyond me. They're communication is horrendous. Advertise themselves as 24 hours 7 days a week, I couldnt even get an email reply in working hours.
I made contact to view a property in 2 weeks time, was asked to provide my details and they'd call me nearer the date id ask to view. 4 days before the date id received no communication so I called on a Tuesday spoke with Jordan asking for a viewing Saturday which was agreed and I was advised id receive an email confirmation. By late Friday no confirmation received so I called to be told the house was sold (I was driving 120 miles to view the property - when were they going to tell me?) 2 weeks later the same property comes back on the market (4 weeks from my initial contact) no one called me despite expressing interest twice. I emailed to ask if i could view the property, no response. After 5 days I emailed again to be told the whole office was shut due to Jordan getting married abroad, that's why I wasn't responded to. Clearly no one in this office has heard of an auto out of office. Anyway, I purchased the property with another agent. Had this agency actually followed up with my enquiry once the house went on the market they would have got the the sale themselves.

I have recently gone back to Jordan Mark Estates to use the rentals service after using them last year for something else and I can honestly say they are a really first class outfit. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the potential stress and anxieties of renting a property out of the equation with their professional and friendly attitude to everything they did for us. I highly recommend them and would never choose anybody else

We're helpful with the sale of our house

This company according to a sign on the wall manage a block of flats my daughter lives in. There has been some pretty awful antisocial behaviour going on for over a year. We were told they were sorting it out. I called at the offices to complain and then receive an email telling me they have never managed the flats !!! Unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Use another agent

We had a situation where our legal documents were in the office premise that Jordan Marks had sold and despite emailing them to enquire if both the buyer and seller's legal teams are aware that there are legal documents in the premise which should not be disposed, we did not hear back from this real estate agency at all. Just bring to mind that they are totally without any duty of care and we are truly disappointed.

Unprofessional. Unlike other estate agencies Jordan Marks does not keep track of their sales/lettings boards and just leaves other people to dispose of them. They were contacted several times by different residents in a block of flats where the board was left. We were advised the board would be collected. It never was, and on the last occasion Mark Ridout was rather rude. When I complained that they had been asked several times over several weeks to remove the board. The response was "Well, it's not doing anyone any harm" which is hardly the point and a very unprofessional response. Their website profiles refer to their "reliability" and "integrity". What absolute nonsense.
