Coloured my scalp but not grey hair…
I wanted to grow out my very light blonde permanent coloured hair & bought this product (because of high reviews) to mask my natural grey. The powder was very good at colouring my scalp but not so great on my hair. I’m returning it to Boots for a refund.

Disappointed actually
Disappointed actually. I chose this more expensive than other brands because it claimed on the box that it covers greys 100% and it turned out to be untrue. Still have grey hair visible eventhough I followed instructions on the leaflet to a single words.🙄 Good point to this dye that it didn't dry my hair as much as other brands do so that's the only positive.

Wand not covering grey hair
I been using the touch up wand the colour doesn’t stay in your hair I thought it might have stayed until you wash your hair. It rub off the next day and white colour are not covered. Disappointed with the new wand….

Deep conditioning treatment has changed
I love Josh wood colour and have been using it for 5 years. But. The last two times the deep conditioning treatment has been different and definitely no longer deep conditions. Have you changed the formula? Such a shame.

Excellent product
Excellent product! I love my hair colour 6.5 and icy shot. My hair is naturally very dark brown I had a lot of greys so was nervous I would not have full coverage but not a single grey in sight! Hair feels and looks healthy - very pleased and will now be using Josh Wood. Thank you!

The colour
The colour, its wonderful.
The video is very helpful for application for home use. So I would not go back to the saloon.
Plenty of top tips for easy application.
Also if I have any questions the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would still love you to bring back 8.5 colour it was great. I find mixing 8.0 and 9.0, a bit hit and miss sometimes trying to achieve what was 8.5.

High quality, incredible products, amazing customer service. I have used the brand for hair dye for about a year and I will never go back to another hair dye system. Everything in the box is super high quality and the lack of toxic smell is incredible. Covers the grey hair, may need to adjust colour as not a blonde shade
Easy to use, I made sure I used all the mixture to completely cover my hair (as I have thick shoulder length hair) especially the greys in my parting and on side of my head. The mixture smells lovely which is a nice change.
I left mine on for 35 minutes and when I washed it out the result wasn’t blonde, although it was my first try and maybe Champagne shot I selected may not be correct. However, am happy with the grey coverage and hair feels soft after applying the deep conditioning treatment. The colour is more of chestnut brown rather than dark blonde.

The lovely Anna helped me the entire way through with top tips and how to and what not to do. I’m so happy with my hair colour and the condition. I could not recommend this system nor the WhatsApp support feature more. I did also watch a tutorial on YouTube with Josh showing a blonde lady how to colour just before also and again that was a fab and easy way to gain confidence and knowledge on how to do my hair at home as a newbie.
