Delivery service could be improved.
The products are fantastic and I really like extra samples/gifts that are included with the orders.
The only slight issue is that the packages are sent 2nd class with the Post Office and I never know when the deliveries are due to take place until late morning of the actual day of arrival! The delivery window yesterday was 12.40pm and 5.25pm which is not especially helpful as I had to wait in all afternoon (didn't actually arrive until just before 5pm). I wonder if this could be improved.
Otherwise - love Josh Wood!

I had all the help I needed when I had a severe reaction to the dye. It was lucky I did the allergy test, as it seems I am as allergic to PTD as I am PPD.

Excellent customer service at online consult. Consultant was very knowledgeable and took the time to clarify and understand my hair needs to provide the best advice going forward. The Gloss (Icy Blonde) product is the best product I've used at home. Bought from this company one dye never covered even half my hair , reached out to customer service and told sorry nothing they can do but another box ! Furious £30 odd pound a box and I would have to buy two a month it’s no where near good enough for that price with the extra shade shots 😳avoid at all costs disgusting treatment

root colour brush is very effective
I use the root colour brush every month as I get to the end of my colour turnaround time. The light brown is easy to apply. I put it on once a week at time of hair was. Good colour and lasts till next hair wash. The company is responsive and keen to hear how to improve its products.

So glad I tried this
This is the first home hair colour I’ve used that actually covers my grey hair. Delighted. Plus comes with everything needed in the box including gloves. I use 7 lightest brown/dark blonde which fades slightly between colouring without going brassy.
