Overall experience was smooth and friendly.

I’ve tried numerous times over 4 days to contact the 24 hr phone number as I wanted to ask a question, I don’t trust companies I can not get hold of.

Absolutely misleading service! The car park was just a muddy field! No security at all! They say frequent free(NOT!) shuttle service provided which was just a run down 9 seater van which the driver couldn’t start it for almost 40mins. Definitely not road legal and drove us on a deflated tyre the whole time to the terminal we were thinking its going to break down on us. Arrived at the carpark and had to wait 1hour plus for a ride to the terminal which was only free when they drop you off at the heathrow official long stay car park for you to catch a bus to the terminal. BECAUSE OF THIER INCOMPETENCE IN TIME MANAGEMENT WE AND ANOTHER GROUP WAS FORCED TO PAY £13.50 EACH TO BE DROPPED OF AT THE TERMINAL. WHAT A ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY SAY THE CHARGE PRICE IS FROM ENTERING HEATHROW, OK I THAT BUT YOU CHARGED BOTH GROUPS WHEN YOU ONLY ENTERED ONCE THIS TRIP? ANYONE WITH A BRAIN WILL UNDERSTAND THATS A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST. THE CHEAP PRICE IS 100000% NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!! OF DEALING WITH THIS SCAMMERS.

Absolutely disgusting car park I travelled back from America and had to wait two hours for a Pick Up and was told some silly story about traffic when I actually checked on Google Maps and there was no such traffic. I was not the only person that was left. There was also a family with a small child that was also just left for two hours waiting around rang them on numerous occasions to no avail would never ever use this company again beware stay clear. Use someone else.

Budget parking……negatives- it is half an hour from the terminal, the vehicles used to transport passengers are in excess of 20 years old and quite tatty, the wait coming home was half hour, lucky for us it was April so not cold. Drivers also broke speed limits.
Positives - this parking was half the price of any other…..you pay your money you make your choice.

Jumbo parking was an easy to get to the lads were helpful had to wait a bit for pick up as we were early but all in all a good experience.

Beware! Our flights were cancelled by the airline but Jumbo parking’s so called “flexible” cancellation policy means you won’t get a refund if you cancel your booking, just a credit to be used in the future. Extremely unhelpful.

Great value for money, easy to find and clear instruction on arrival. We got there much earlier and were able to fit in an earlier shuttle. Car didnt move for the duration either.
We taxied back to site on return as it was quicker than waiting as they didnt have space for us or the flexibility given its distance from the airport, shame they dont track the flights and go with what you state on the form, but still saved money overall.

Well I have no issues I read other people review but I can book again and again I pay for 14 days 69.95 and free pick and drop so I booked again b again 5 star💗🥰

We arrived after missing the turn. The directions are a bit confusing We had planned to take our keys with us but we wasnt able to as they said we needed to request when we booked but to be honest it was in the small print and we didnt see it. Cars are parked in a muddy area but thankfully it had been dry so wasnt too bad . On our return we called to say we had our cases and was told the driver would be in contact . It took them an hour to collect us from the pickup point which was not what we needed after a 11 hour flight. This is cheap airport parking but a bit far out from the airport . We not use again for the confusion on keeping our keys and the very long wait at the airport to be collected

Good little service did what it said it would cars were a bit shabby and no branding at all.Even a card in the window would have done

Family of five off on hol for three weeks. For the price this was an excellent service. No frills but all that was needed and it was efficient too. Parking is a large clay field outside the ULEZ zone. Shuttle too and from airport was on time. The only cons was that the driver drove a little too fast for me and the car had dust from the clay field on it. If you’re a snob I don’t think this is for you. Great value though. Overall I would recommend and use again.

Let's start at the beginning...
We rang: 30 minutes before arrival as requested.
On arrival in the weird waiting zone (nothing there!) we sat and waited for 10 mins...

"What's 10 minutes" we thought.... Of course they could be a few moments late. No worries.......

No sign of them, so hopped out of the car to chat to others in the weird waiting zone...

They had already been waiting 45 minutes! So got on the phone again to be told our shuttle would be 15 minutes.

20 minutes later it turns up, clearly on its run back with 1 other customer from Heathrow, before proceeding to pack and take the others who were waiting.
"Yours will be hear in 20 minutes" they say....
20 minutes later, still no sign, rang again, "I'll be there in 15 minutes".....
You get the picture!

1 HR 20 mins after we arrived (1 HR and 50 since our first phone call).....

They arrived... Bags piled in the back - in we hop and then the journey to Heathrow is quick....
When I say quick I mean RAPID. Scarily FAST!
95 miles an hour in a 40 zone!!!!
They slowed down when we reached the M25 due to the speed cameras....
We were terrified, but so late by now we couldn't afford to slow down!!
The diving in and out of lanes on the Heathrow spur was nauseating and so full of abusive honks from other drivers, it felt like being on holiday already.

Return journey...
Rang after getting bags as we weren't in a rush and fancied an M&S sandwich and some Percy Pigs!
45 minute wait..... Fair enough...not horrific.

Once in the dodgy huge van we waited... And waited... 1 more group to come still...
Ermmmm??? There is only 1 more seat in the van.
They turn up. Dad has to get in the van with the bags, Mum and 2 young kids left waiting for "the next one"! Just left there.

Off we go.... It's a full van... We still get to 90mph on the 50mph dual carriageway.

These guys are cowboys. They are cheap. There is a reason for that. Their vehicles are grotty. They drive like lunatics.

I would never go near them again.

The worst experience I’ve had with a park and ride service. Poor attitude, got us to the airport late. To top it off on the return we called them told them we have landed and collected our luggage, they told us our shuttle would be an hour. An hour and a half later stood with a 3 year old and 4 year old no shuttle. I called back and they said they have no shuttle available tonight. £110 for us to get a private hire to the car lot. Please avoid at all costs !!

The pictures look nothing like the field they parked us in the field was massive ravines and pot holes there is a very narrow drive no signs for the car park you wait in night club car park you can’t keep your keys even tho I confirmed before hand it was a stressful experience.The transfer shuttle was a very old battered up Mercedes extremely dirty and filthy and return one was even worse be surprised if even had mot they made us wait around only 1 guy there he was moving cars out of field before he would take us to the airport,after waiting quite a while we left and it was a Monday morning traffic was busy obviously took us around 40mins to get to term 3 yes it was cheap but this company is a very cowboy out fit communication was terrible sent email after email and messages no one bothers to reply if you want a relaxed start to holiday do not use jumbo parking nothing looks like it does on website
