Jumboparking Avis 

After a bit of a misunderstanding about me wanting to keep my keys, something that needs to be arranged by email prior to arrival ideally, but was resolved with an additional £20 payment and I kept my keys. The service was great they were really nice and helpful. And on our return being very tired from our journey they were especially thoughtful and picked us up quickly. Good communication and nice people! Will go back on next flight.

ITS A FIELD NOT A NOT A CAR PARK, full
of rubbish and pot holes with abandoned cars.

Your car upon entry will get damaged by the the judge pot holes and upon leaving will be covered in dust!!

I’ve tried talking to someone at jumbo parking and emailed several times however no one has contacted me back!!

The shuttle bus as they call it is all bashed up, dirty and unsafe and the seatbelts do not work, we were fling around when the driver took the wrong exit!!!

Wait times are not 15-20 mins they are much much longer

They make you pay additional money which they only tell u about after booking, and demand payment in the vehicle

They are cheap for a reason- DO NOT USE!!!

This is the third time I have left my car at Jumbo parking, I can honestly say it’s a top class service at great prices. Would never leave my car with anyone else.

Please be warned, do not use this car park. We booked jumbo parking leaving our car in perfect condition, when we collected our car we we horrified to see it had been damaged, the side of the car was all scratched, we showed the staff they told us to email the company. After 11 emails and ignoring us when we phone. When we finally got the manager he said he's waiting for the insurance company. This was nearly x3 months ago when we parked our car, we are so unhappy, disappointed. We wished we paid a little bit more for a good car park, now its costing us £100s more for repairs, from jumbo parking. Please be warned .

We left our car with jumbo parking in February 2026 and foolishly handed over our keys for a member of staff to park, upon our return in march we discovered deep scratches to the rear passenger side bumper which we were advised to report which we did - despite several emails detailing the damage & a quote for repairs from our garage we have been fobbed off at every turn - today 12th May we rang jumbo parking several times from 2 different mobiles & a landline and they seemed to block our numbers & pretended they couldn't hear us - although the car park is reasonably priced our car repairs are not - very unhappy

Avoid this company - Incompetent and unorganised- Sent them a cancellation notice via THERE contact page - They never received it allegedly ! Refused my refund as I can’t prove I sent it via THERE contact page - Pay a bit extra and go with a reputable company

The Jumbo car park is easily accessible. On arrival I was dropped straight to the airport. On coming back I called and I was picked and taken to the car park. I found my car safe and I drove off. Keep it up Jumbo car park, excellent service at a fair price.

I recently used I recently used All Jambo Car Park while travelling from Heathrow Airport and had a really great experience. I found them online and booked with them because their prices were very reasonable compared to others. The whole service was smooth and professional from start to finish.

They picked us up and dropped us off at Terminal 4, and the shuttle service was very comfortable. The driver was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole journey stress-free and easy.

My car was kept safe and secure, and everything was exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend All Jambo Car Park to anyone looking for reliable airport parking with excellent customer service, comfortable shuttle service, and great value for money. We used Jumbo Parking in 2024, it was not a professional set up, they used a portacabin and parked the cars on tarmac. At the time, I wished them well, they was friendly enough, cheap and I hoped that the next time we used them, it would improve.
Used them again in 2026, this was a totally different experience, gone backwards, they moved to a muddy field next to the parking we used last time, no longer parked on the tarmac, the gate was locked so you could not drive straight in, you have to wait until a guy walks around to open the gate. The mini bus did not start straight away, but after the guy worked on it, it eventually started, apparently there was a back up car. Instead of dropping us at T3 he said there was an accident (I saw traffic driving in to T3) and gave us instructions to take the free train to T4. Upon our arrival back, we rang and was told to meet them on cark park Level 1, they then rang back and told us to meet them at Level 3, they did arrive in 2 minutes. Second time around, something felt wrong, there is litter strewn everywhere in the parking field, the mini bus is scruffy inside and out. The rail in front of us came off, it was just rested in place. I really like for people trying to make a success of their venture, but something is not quite right with this set up. Will not use again.

Transfer to the airport was good, driver was polite and friendly

Due to a change in circumstances I had to cancel my booking, after many attempts to contact someone I finally did, after several days of emails and no answered calls. I was instructed I would have my refund processed, here I am 2 week's later and nothing still. I fully understand a admin fee applies but there just so untrustworthy. AVOID.

I didnt use the service due to reading reviews and realising its not run by official airport parking and reading the parking is a muddy field. I cancelled the booking 3 days before and still have not received my refund more that 25 days later, Do Not Use This Scam Company

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and the service is very affordable. The downside was the wait at the terminal when I had just been on a very long flight from Australia. But I do understand that rather than the shuttle being every 20 mins as I had expected, I had a long wait until I guess they had enough people to transport both ways. Also my car was covered badly in dry mud dust from the field where it had been parked but I found a hand car wash at a local petrol station and got that sorted before the long drive back to Cornwall. As I say, very affordable service that is so much cheaper than anything else I could find.

Great parking experience. Parked car and got straight into minibus no waiting at all. Pleasant driver and even dropped us off at our overnight stay hotel near airport. Pick up easy, rang them once collected cases and they arrived within 15 mins. Definitely recommend. Will use again. Thank you Jumbo parking.

Horrendous, avoid avoid avoid, so to start, we get there, its a bit awkward to find and not a single jumbo parking sign but we find it, its not a concrete yard or any kind of car park, its a field with some rough stone and giant pot holes all over, big enough to seriously damage your car, then some guy that is rude and doesn't speak much English at all, we parked where he said, then he made us wait 45 minutes, asked me what time the flight is then told us wait so he could take the next group at the same time, we'll we showed up early for a reason but ok, they will also try to charge you again to take you to the airport even though its included in the parking, they insist on having your keys, then we eventually get in a van with cramped up DIY bench seats with seatbelts that dont work, the van is dirty and stinks, but we got to the airport in the end, then called the number on return for pick up, that was hard work, first was told to go to 1 location, then 30 mins later I called and he said on way, then told us travel to a different location, after an hour and half van showed up with 6 people and luggage up to the roof and we were expected to squash in that, but we got to the car, covered in dust and crap from the yard, and it was moved to the opposite side, the yard is terrible for cars, they had no reason to move it as it wasnt blocking anything, that place is just horrible

We used this service last year and it was decent, but then we booked again this year and well it was a totally different experience! The car park arrival bit was by the nightclub last year but this year it is in a field which is like a rollercoaster to drive on! So we rang 30 minutes before arriving and we pulled into the car park and there was nobody there so we waited for 5 mins and nothing so we rang asking where the reception was now and then the guy randomly appeared up the field dropped the car off and waited for transport which like other people
Have said was an absolutely battered minibus dropped us off fine though no problem.
Come to arriving back into the UK we rang and made our way to the collection point then we waited 35-40 minutes for the van to arrive no point putting your flight in if there not somewhere near the aiport to grab you! So we head off and head to another terminal to pick up others nowhere to be seen waiting 15-20 minutes there, then the driver drives like an absolute lunatic back to the car park in the absolutely not road legal minibus which was falling apart.
Never again will we use a budget parking
