We are a very reputable plant hire company and provide a very honest and fair service to our customers .
We have hired forklifts from these charlatans for our customers (never again , lesson learned) their ultimate goal is to bleed every customer , with no compromise or understanding of the hire industry . I would not like to imagine they have many return customers with the uncompromising attitude to dealing with the clients that keep them in business . 1 out of 10 at very best for perception of importance , with regard to having a solid trusting customer base.👎

Was not honest about job. Stated door to door. Found out did not apply plus shifts. Waste of my time and money stay away

I would not trust this company and they are extremely rude.
We hired a vehicle from them and when the annual inspection took place they pointed out a very minor dent in the vehicle. However there were no scratch marks or any indication that the vehicle had been hit. You wouldn't even notice the dent unless it was pointed out. We pointed out that this damage was obviously there when we took delivery.
However their customer service was incredibly rude. We were looking to buy more machines and the sales people were all over us telling us that they were a values/family driven business. However it was obvious when dealing with a number of the customer and accounting staff that they are clearly not. The sales people vanished, probably onto the next victim. Hopefully that isn't you.

do not use this company if you need your forklift all the time
i work at a multi billion pound company and the and they treat us poorly
we have been without 2 forklifts that need repair for 4 weeks now and the bussnes has had to turn away deliverys due to no forklifts which as to date has cost the company 35k the response you get from jungherick is whats that got to do with me?

this company jungherick do not care you are loosing money due to there equipment as long as they get paid

do not use if you value your company and do not wish weeks of down time

great brand for material handling equipment.

I have one of their 3 wheel electric forklift trucks.
it's very easy to drive, use and charge.

i also have one of hand pump trucks with a weighing machine.

They have a great range of products and at great prices.

Even if you buy Brand New Machine from them, will stop working or will generate more Revenue for them after 12month as soon as the Warranty is finished. They have made some advance tricked/chip in the machine, they can control from distance and can out of order any part they want. you have to sign a contract with them then you will be fine. ..
