Can’t fault the price
Can’t fault the price. Unfortunately ordered last Friday evening with next day delivery. With stringing, expected it on the Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Had to chase and it came today (Friday). Unfortunately strung with 1.30 instead of 1.25 and have a match tonight so now have to go and get it restrung. Can understand it may have been a busier time, but if they ran out of the right string, just call me and I would have asked for it looser to compensate for the thicker string.
Update- Gary, thank you. Knowing this was a mistake rather than intentional means a lot. Given where I am, it’s not possible to drive for a restring, would you be happy to send out a set of the string and I’ll string it. That would be cheaper all round with postage to and from. I’d see this is a more than fair resolution and update the review to reflect what good customer service is.

Please accept our apologies for fitting a 1.30 mm string instead of the requested 1.25 mm gauge. This was clearly our mistake, and we would like to offer you a second restring completely free of charge, which you may use at any time.
Regarding the delivery time, we do state on the product page that orders including our complimentary restring service cannot be dispatched using 24-hour delivery. We are sorry this information was missed when the order was placed and apologise for any disappointment caused.

I paid a lot for this racket
I paid a lot for this racket. One would have expected a proper cover. It is a Victor racket and it came in a clear Head bag. Very poorly packaged, as if you were buying a cheap product. To be fair, I have not used it yet but you expect better for the money you are paying.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your first impression of your new Victor racket was disappointing.
Unfortunately, Victor no longer supplies racket covers with many of their rackets, which is becoming increasingly common across a number of manufacturers. To help protect the racket during transit, we placed it in a brand-new HEAD racket cover from our own stock, as we felt this offered better protection than sending it without any cover at all.
We're sorry that this gave the impression of poor packaging, as that certainly wasn't our intention. We always aim to ensure every racket arrives safely and in excellent condition.
We do hope that once you've had the opportunity to use your Victor racket, you'll be pleased with its performance. If there is anything else we can do to help, or if you have any concerns about the racket itself, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

Ordered on Monday evening, and the racquet arrived on Saturday with the stringing I selected. I contacted customer support on Friday to check the status, as I hadn’t heard anything from them. They promised to ship the item later that day, which they did. Overall, it was a good experience, just one day later than expected.
