Although rating on trustpilot was low , I ignored score and gave it a go.
Item delivered exactly within period mentioned on my order and when email to sales team I had a response within the hour! No problems or so ever , recommend 100%.

Don't use this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of trainers, no sign of them after a week or so. Emailed and Gary replied to say the order had been missed as they were changing warehouses but would be sent next day delivery (would seem from other reviews there is always some excuse). No sign of them weeks later and Gary still coming up with excuses and no sign of a ~£50 refund either. Very similar to previous 1 star reviews, not a trustworthy company.

I purchased a Butterfly garden rollaway 5000 in grey. Spoke online to Gary who gave a good deal which included TT bats, balls n TT butterfly cover. Item arrived within 1 week but unfortunately got damaged en route. Emailed Gary who advised a prompt return and exchange. Kids opted for a blue TT which we’ve put together now and is fab. Realise communication has been an issue having read previous reviews, but I’ve received an excellent service so feel it should be acknowledged too

Terrible experience. No information on tracking at all. Email them several times. First time they say there are bank holidays, the order will be with me next week. And when get to that time, they tell me my racket is not even dispatched yet, and it will be with me on Friday. And when we get to Friday, unsurprisingly, they have a new excuse-they need more information on my delivery address! I used the same address for all my orders, and no company has ever asked that.
Avoid this company! Waste your time and money.

Unfortunately the shoes I bought for my husband were too small/tight. I returned them as instructed by Just Rackets. I paid £8.95 for Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. Royal Mail tracking confirmed delivery but Just Rackets insisted they had never received the shoes. I had numerous email exchanges with Just Rackets but after 3 months I have given up on getting my money back. I have learnt my lesson and will only used trusted online retailers who have a proper returns service. I do not recommend Just Rackets because their customer service is non-existent.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. The team had tried their best to meet the need and want of the customer.
Highly recommended.

I ordered a tennis racket 2 weeks ago. No sign of it so I contacted Just Rackets and they said, oh we didn't realise, but this item is actually out of stock'

Very very poor to not communicate this. I have not had a refund yet either - I would not use this website!

I ordered a table tennis 4 weeks ago with accessories, the latter arrived I the week however the table itself still hasn't, seriously it's a joke, don't use this company. I haven't checked the reviews prior my purchase regret it now. I am going through the same issues highlighted by others. The owner Gary is hard to get hold of, when you do, he keeps saying he is gonna chase it up with the courier, as they don't hold stock of big items. And 2 weeksater when I speak to him he says the same things..
Avoid buying from them!!!!!!
The delivery was gonna take 1-2 weeks, after 4-5 weeks not receiving the item in 2021 speaks for itself. If I don't get it in a week I am asking for a refund..

The table tennis table we bought developed faults and Gary at Just Rackets organised a new replacement and collection of the original without any problems.
Would definitely recommend.

There were a few minor issues that weren't the company's fault but I was given great customer service and the course of action that company took was very professional. Gary was excellent to deal with.

We purchased an SureShot heavy duty basketball unit back in August 2020, took ages to arrive when it arrived we assembled it and it was useless and not fit for purpose, contacted just rackets after many conversations they agreed to pick up goods and refund the goods were eventually collected in January 2021 but we still have NO REFUND cannot get hold of Gary by phone or email, please do not use this company we are a school and cannot afford to lose money this way.

Raised a purchase order for some benches, when the invoice arrived it was different by £535, challenged Gary from Sales and he advised the prices had changed and said this must have been an error at my side. The product code is no longer available on the website but is on a google search. Gary is no longer answering emails and I called him over 3 hours ago with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Appalling. Customer service so bad I thought I'd been scammed. No phone service, emails slow and unhelpful. Lied about my order being on is way multiple times. Item arrived over 3 weeks late and damaged. Refund given but it was a horrible stressful experience. Don't shop here.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. What a mistake! Purchased a table tennis with the promise that it was in stock and delivered within 3 days. Never received anything. Emailed him (Gary) and he was super unprofessional, condescending and rude. After raising the issue with Paypal, he responded and promised delivery within 4 working days. Guess what? I have received nothing! Emailed again and stopped responding. Now, I am hoping Paypal will sort this out. Avoid at all costs! This is a scam! This person should be in prison, not freely scamming people on internet!

This company is a complete scam. I received a damaged table and after three months still have no replacement. They have asked me to store the damaged table for months with no collection date in sight and they still have my money! DO NOT buy from these people unless you are prepared to lose your money and end up with nothing but a damaged table to dispose of yourself!

Ordered TT table 3weeks ago still no indication about delivery. Owner Gary is totally unprofessional, despite promising dispatch the next day every time I spoke no sign of it. He kept lying and gave false reassurances. Now stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Appalling customer service. Only saving grace is I could raise dispute as paid via Paypal.

After ordering a table tennis table I was told they had stock in, needed a few days to sort the order and then would ship. Each time I checked it was ‘it will go out in next 2 days’. Still nothing. Now not answering calls or responding to emails.
