Incorrect racket supplied, although did quickly offer a refund and return of racket. However, an alternative supplier had sold out by the time this had all happened.

Not worth the wait
Unfortunately, it seems that orders from the UK are no longer advantageous. In addition to the long wait times, I was also forced to pay extra for customs fees.

Great service and fast delivery
This was the first time I've bought a racket from Just Rackets, but I'd definitely use them again. I called Gary in the tennis shop, at Letchworth where they are based. He was very helpful and confirmed the Head MP Speed L was in stock and with the free string upgrade it would take 3 to 5 days. It actually arrived in Leeds, via Royal Mail 2 days later. Cannot fault the service. Thanks

Excellent service and delivery. I ordered a tennis racket on Monday desperately in need of it for a match on Thursday so I emailed and Gary could not have been anymore helpful. He managed to get it strung and out to me for Thursday. Fantastic shop and I will be recommending them to anyone for tennis gear. Thank you again.

Extremely fast and well done
Ordered a racket with a custom string job on Wednesday and received just two days later! Properly packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. The negative reviews appear to be regarding table tennis tables; if you’re in the market for a tennis racket don’t let their score put you off. Cheers

Terrible customer service and the faulty shoes have still not been replaced!
Ordered a pair of Prince squash shoes for my husbands birthday. He played in them twice and they split. Emailed just rackets with an image. Gary replied asking for more photos, which I sent over the same day. Hadn't heard anything, so 8 days later I chased them up. Gary replied stating he would chase Prince for a replacement. I chased again 12 days later. No response. Have chased again and still no response.

Do not order from this website. One of my rackets broke after minimal use and was supposed to be replaced through warranty. I sent pictures and then the racket back to the company. Owner Gary was back and fourth on email sending mixed messages. After 3 months of emails, Gary forgot what the return even was. Awful service
