I’ve looked into why your restring took four days, and it appears that we’ve experienced a particularly busy period with a high volume of tennis racket sales. As we’re currently offering a free restring (valued at £34.00) with orders over £150.00, this added demand unfortunately caused a delay in getting your racket restrung.
Please accept our apologies for the wait.
To help prevent this happening again, we’ve now invested in a second electronic stringing machine, which will allow us to complete restrings more quickly going forward.

Spoke with Scott and he gave excellent advice and organised a hybrid string job and specifically weighted new racket out the same day (a Friday) which could have arrived Saturday had Royal Mail done their job properly. Did receive it late Monday however which was still quicker than I expected.
Love the racket and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just Rackets to my coaching clients, in fact I already have! 🎾💫

Excellent rkt and quality stringing, I only knocked a star off because delivery took 8 days. This may be due to the stringing ? Overall I would buy from this company again.

GREAT SERVICE PLEASE TO RECOMMEND
I have ordered a racket from Just Rackets and received the racket within a day already strung with custom string. I was updated about despatch of my order very promptly after I placed it & provided with the delivery time- 2 hour slot which was very helpful. I can not recommend this company enough and if I could give more stars I would. I spoke to Gary on the phone and he was very helpful and friendly giving me advise on the strings. I will definitely be ordering further two rackets I might need once my son play tested this one from Just Rackets when they come back in stock. My please to recommend! Thank you very much 😊
