Such an efficient and professional service and delivery
I received the squash grips within two days after ordering online, delivery was tracked and fast via royal mail. My father will be so happy to receive this lovely gift for his birthday. Thank you so much Just Rackets, for being so prompt and punctual in getting this parcel to me well in time, prior to travelling, it means a lot to me.

One is wrong shuttlecocks.
For this order, One of them is wrong badminton shuttlecock. And the attitude of dealing with my very first buy is very bad, always ignoring my emails and did not do anything. I am a loyalty customer in this shop, but the way they treated me is very disappointing.

Purchased a HEAD Racquetball racket and…

I paid extra for 24 hour delivery, but my order has not arrived. I needed these shoes for an important match that I have tonight so this is very disappointing.

I’ve looked into the issue, and it appears that although we dispatched your order on a 24-hour delivery service, Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced the parcel, sending it to the wrong depot. This caused the delay in delivery.

Great service from Just Rackets
Great service from Just Rackets. I realized after placing the order that I would be away from home when the racket was due to be delivered. Gary kindly agreed to delay the delivery until I was back and then sent it by first class post so I got it next day. One small disappointment, the Yonex stencil wasn't used to give the racket the trademark Yonex pattern on the strings. Still deserving 5 stars.
