Just Wetsuits has great customer service. I ordered during Coronavirus lock down and realized I needed to overnight it after I already put the order in. I left a message and they called back and took care of it right away. When we got the wetsuit, there was an issue with it, and I called and they let my son use it for his lake swim until the replacement came. I would certainly order from them again. I trust that they will stand by their product and be responsive if any issues arise.

Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly! I sent two friends to Kristen and they have had the same excellent help. Highly recommended!

Kristin is amazing! I was going to be in AZ (I live in WA) in her shop to buy in person but Covid-19 put a hault to that. She talked to me over messenger, figured out the best fit, sent it to me and then checked back in. Because of her knowledge and customer service I will be buying all my gear from her!

Purchased the BlueSeventy Fusion; sizing is pretty accurate! For an “Athena” at 6’ and 160#, I found the thighs to be a little wider, but I love the length!! Wonderful and speedy transaction with Just Wetsuits! Thank you!
