In stock and swift delivery!
I knew the exact parts I was looking for and was shopping online when I saw KBA. They had good reviews and the product I wanted was in stock. Their price was good and the product arrived sooner than they estimated! I was so happy and it looks great. Would definitely order from KBA again.

Don't Buy from Kitchen and Bath Authority!
The toilet handle they sent was not the finish i ordered, and then they made it very difficult to return. Plus the handle they sent had packaging that clearly already been opened

Difficult part to find
I needed a part that was difficult to find and not available from the manufacturer. Amazon had one left for $200. More than from Kitchen/Bath.
Valve was a genuine Koehler part and arrived quickly.

Not a great experience
The package was just dropped off and no signature was asked for. Therefore, we could not inspect it on the spot before accepting the delivery-like my email told me I should. The item was not packaged well. The styrofoam was crushed and there wasn’t much protection in the box. There were a few chips out of the cabinet veneer, but we kept it anyways because we needed it. If you want more info I have photos and a video. I feel like we received a repackaged return not a fresh new product.

We understand your frustration, especially after receiving instructions to inspect the shipment upon delivery, only to have the package left without a signature being requested. We also regret that the packaging did not provide adequate protection and that the cabinet arrived with chipped veneer.

Initially after ordering they told me it was out of stock (despite showing 7 in stock online) and I would need to pay a large sum to drop ship from the manufacturer. Before I could respond to them though they had located one and arranged for the free shipping. Good customer service and great price. Wish there were more shipping options for the larger items - would have paid extra to have brought into house.

Wow! Ordered a Brizo kitchen sink sprayer and ..... it was mailed and delivered in record time! What a concept. Usually with hardware and kitchen appliances and accessories it takes longer than anticipated ... or I get a message saying it's been delayed and is probably taking a slow boat from China lol
