Thank you for sharing this we love a long-term love story. Three months in and still in the honeymoon phase is exactly what we hope for. It’s great to hear the vanity still looks brand new, the storage is pulling its weight, and the countertop is stealing the spotlight. When guests start asking where it came from, that’s the ultimate compliment. We’re thrilled it’s become the star of your bathroom and appreciate you choosing us.

I broke the pedestal/KB replaced it!
I didn't think that I would find the base for the pedestal sink to replace the broken one we purchased locally 30 years ago. We checked online with KB and there it was! It was reasonably priced and delivered on time!

That’s an amazing find thank you for sharing! Tracking down a replacement for a 30-year-old pedestal sink base is no small feat, so we’re thrilled we could play hero there. We’re glad you found exactly what you needed, at a fair price, and right on time. Thanks for trusting KB, and we’re always here if another “impossible to find” item comes up.

Duravit 613200011041300 bidet toilet seat
Ordered a Duravit 613200011041300 bidet toilet seat from Greg. Greg is very knowledgeable helping me to get a correct product. The bidet arrived in 4 days. And with the help of the CS from Duravit to get an additional water line adapter from Amazon, the installation is successful.

Thank you for the great review! Greg will be happy to hear this he takes product details seriously so the right item shows up the first time, not the “almost right” time. A four-day delivery is always a win, and with a little teamwork from Duravit support (and Amazon playing sidekick for the adapter), it sounds like the installation came together perfectly. We’re glad everything worked out and appreciate you choosing Kitchen & Bath Authority.

Best Price on the Internet - Delivered Exactly What I Wanted!
I'm a bit skeptical when I find the best price on the internet, that I'll think there is going to be a draw back in service or I'm not getting exactly what I ordered. This was not the case at all. I got EXACTLY what I wanted, shipped super fast, and with the best price on the internet. This was my first time buying from KBAuthority. I won't hesitate to buy from them in the future. And for this reason, I felt their service and quality was worth the time to leave them a five star review.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We totally get that healthy skepticism finding the best price online usually comes with a “what’s the catch?” moment. We’re glad we could prove there wasn’t one this time. Getting exactly what you ordered, shipped quickly, and at the best price is how it should be, not a surprise twist.
We really appreciate you giving Kitchen & Bath Authority a first try and an even bigger thanks for taking the time to leave a five-star review. We look forward to being your go-to source going forward.

Glass shower enclosure
Ordered very heavy glass shower enclosure and the arrival time was right on target. Price was same or better than the competition when shipping was included. Had a small issue with the LTL company, but it was quickly rectified. The delivery driver was great and dropped it off in my garage.
