Steve was very informative about the furniture that is for sale, go out of there way to be helpful, friendly and polite, also the delivery was earlier than expected which I was happy about and delivered by Tyler, Nathan and Sam who were also polite, helpful and really nice people. Would definitely shop here again

First and foremost , KC Sofas are helpful , friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special . Im visually impaired and didn't know what i wanted or what sofa would fit in my new property . I left after buying exactly what I had imagined my to new sofa to be . It fits very well in my new flat , thank you 😊 The delivery was on time , the guys were extremely helpful and friendly . They made light work of making up my sofa again thank you . KCSofas are highly recommended, I personally wouldn't go anywhere else . ☆☆☆☆☆

Our new sofas have arrived on the date agreed and only 20 minutes into the 3hr time slot allocated.
The delivery guys were excellent installed everything quickly, explaining how the revliners worked as they went along.
They gave us time to check everything over before signing them off.
The sofas are spot on quality and I would not hesitate to recomend KC to friends and family.

On entering the store you were made welcome and asked what you were looking for, you were explained what furniture was on show then left to browse at your own pace no pushy sales person chasing you around the store. The purchase was simple, very good experience I would definitely use K C Sofas again.
